Daylily Floral Cascade

The Saturday of Homecoming I stopped not knowing what time it was and as I walked up they were closing the doors. I explained to them I was just wanting something simple and small to surprise my daughter. The woman welcomed me in. Took me to show me what little they had left after what I have to imagine was a crazy day. Both employees were so friendly and did not act like I was inconveniencing them in the slightest. Such a great and very much appreciated experience!

I was referred by a friend to Daylily when I was looking for a good florist to do the flowers for our son's rehearsal dinner party. It was a very important night for us and I wanted to be sure the flowers were perfect, and they were! I worked with the owner, Mary, to put together 10 beautiful arrangements. She had lots of great suggestions and was able to capture my vision immediately. Daylily handled everything to perfection. The flowers were perfect and the delivery and set-up was seamless. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation! We took the flowers home after the event and they lasted for a week, while we had out of town visitors with us! After doing research in the Grand Rapids area (I live in south Florida), I chose Day Lily Floral for same day delivery. I ordered the Mosaic Roses and upgraded to the premium arrangement which was fabulous! They sent me a photo via email of the finished product and sent a follow up email saying it was delivered. I am very pleased with the arrangement and the service. I would definitely chose Day Lily again!

I used them once with a web-based ordering service, and the arrangement delivered was quite a bit smaller than the one pictured and purchased. The delivery charge was also quite high. I was unhappy and complained to the web-based service and they did refund me a small portion - I had to dispute their first offer and they did give me a bit more. I sent a request to this shop asking for a token amount as the gift was for a special birthday. Nothing was sent and no word from them was offered. I am OK with the web-based service, although I probably won't use them again. I am not OK with this shop as they did not respond or send me the $12.00 token I requested. I have experienced much better - businesses that take good care of me get great reviews, and I am usually very tolerant and patient. This shop seems to not need my business, and that will be the way it is.

I had the best experience at Daylily! I had a vision in mind for an event and they did a tremendous job with all of the arrangements. Their team was so proactive and kind. They also have wonderful housewarming gifts. Highly recommend them!

Just called to place an order and was told "we are closing in an hour..what do you want?" Told him and he said "There is a $50 min. and $9.95 delivery charge" I say" No thank you and good luck with your business!"

The florist here is amazing & truly talented. From large flower arrangements to smaller ones of just a few blooms, she makes everything look spectacular. I love her attention to detail!
