"Located in in Saint Michael parish, this beach offers great spear fishing and kayaking and offers a prime spot for viewing cruise ships entering the Bridgetown Port."

A very beautiful and extremely clean beach. We didn’t swim here, but often came in the evening for a walk. Even around sunset — and even after the sun went down — the water was still very warm, so swimming would have been possible, although there were some waves. In the evenings the beach wasn’t too crowded, which made it perfect for walking, playing, or just relaxing. We also really liked the location, as our apartment during the holiday was not far from this beach at all. Overall, a lovely place that we truly enjoyed.

Vaughn's post seem to be for a different location or outdated. Here is our take on it with photos: Taxi transfer 4 min for $US10 2pp per direction from port. Fine sand beach with full service amenities. $US20 for two chairs and umbrella for the day in front row. Food and beverage menu with good selection and prices (Barbados $$, half in $US). Free WiFi. They even had water fun bounce houses. Did not ask for price, but lots of kids out there. So can't be that bad.

For surfing 5 stars, for beauty 5 stars, for swimming 2 stars, for amenities 2-stars, for parking 4 stars. If you visit with open mind and proper expectations, this is a lovely beach with rustic natural beauty. A little tricky to find, you have to drive down a narrow “road” behind the delivery space of the Hilton Hotel. Once there, it’s secluded and shady with many trees. Park and walk to the ocean. A few picnic tables available, but no other amenities. Excellent surfing on many occasions. Not good for children or swimmers, the sea can be rough and the ocean floor is coral and rock that can cut easily.

What a fantastic unspoilt beach. Not well signposted, but when you get there, you won't regret it. Large car park, always sunbeds available at 20 US dollars for 2 sunbeds and a parasol. Rascals sell food and drinks - very reasonably priced. Free WiFi. Public toilets and showers and Rascals have their own, too. Beach is great for swimming, and a floating waterpark is also there. I will come back here without hesitation.

Clean beach with easy access from cruise terminal. $5 cab ride or 35 min walk. $20 for chairs and an umbrella.

Brandons Beach is a rocky. However, to the far right of Rascals of Barbados , Restaurant & Waterpark is less rocks than the entire beach. You can still have an enjoyable time soaking up the hot sun ☀️ and staying cool in the water.

A wonderful beach, clean and beautiful. The water is a little saltier than that of the Black Sea, but that didn't stop us from swimming with pleasure.

The sand is white, the water crystal clear and calm. The beach is a cab ride away from the Harbour. You can have a family outing there. They are life guards present at a certain area. There are fruit trees planted, feel free to eat if they are ripe. Remember Sunscreen. Sit back and watch boats sail by or listen to the laughter of children splashing in the water or the beauty of the sun setting on the horizon.
