However, this doesn’t take away from the experience at all. Thanks to the expressive puppets, the music, and the strong symbolism, you can easily follow the story and understand what is happening overall. The price–performance ratio is good, especially for a live cultural performance. The show lasts around 45–50 minutes, which feels just right. It can be very loud at times, so it might be too intense for babies or very young children, and even adults may find some moments quite noisy. For children, sitting closer to the front is recommended. Overall, it is definitely worth seeing and a unique cultural experience in Ho Chi Minh City.

Fantastic experience! The show was entertaining, with plenty of humor that transcended the language barrier. I was captivated throughout by the intricate maneuvers of the puppets, constantly wondering how it was all done. At one point, I even thought it might be automated but was proven wrong when the puppeteers came out to greet the audience at the end. The amazing use of water and pyrotechnics added another layer of spectacle to an already incredible show.

Was amazing. A must go. I dont think you can get this experience anywhere else in the world. Not even in Disneyland. It's a mix of culture, art and some wizardry.. how do they actually synchronise and perform flawlessly. I bought my ticket on Klook. Went there at 5.30. she asked me to come back at 6. So went to highland coffee right opposite. Thn went back at 6. Got a perfect seat. And enjoyed the show. 40mins is kinda long but the show is really entertaining. MUST GO.

The show was very interesting and full of different little short stories! The music and singing is not in the language we can understand but the movement of the puppets really give off great feel and telling the story! A lot of character and actions don't actually supposed to be in the water though. I love the fish dance the best! Look absolutely like a real fish splashing around. Definitely one of a must see for traditional art in Vietnam.

Definitely worth it. Though can’t understand the language of the whole show. But it’s funny! Well done to the amazing crew do it under water all the while.

This is a must-do activity in Ho Chi Minh city. Absolutely delightful. The introduction to the show is in Vietnamese followed by English, but after that it is all Vietnamese talking and singing. However, that doesn't matter! You can get the gist of the stories from the action and even it you don't, watching the skills is worth the visit. Try and get seats closer to the front if possible. Front row may get splashed a little. You can book online or pay, cash only, at the venue.

This was a wonderful show, with enough information provided in English to know which act was happening (on the program itself), and short enough acts to keep it varied and interesting for audience members of all ages! Really amazing to see the water puppetry in peraon!
