Nice clothes but horrible service. The lady working there had an awful attitude, was mean to costumers and rolled her eyes at us, clearly not interested to sell at all. Would not go back only because of this bad experience with the woman behind the counter. Very sad.

Nice collection but bad service. I love vintage clothes and sometimes I find interesting pieces here. So far, I’ve seen two women working here, and neither of them are friendly. Not a smile even as I’m paying for items. What a shame that their service doesn’t match what they sell.

Amazing selection! The woman helped me get the perfect look for my event. It was so good to see how much they appreciate luxury vintage fashion :) Thank you again!

A BIG FAILURE! It has the worst service compares to the others vintage stores I've visited in Paris. I wanted to try a blazer on, but the saleswoman said that it was not my size. Then she told me to be careful not to damage the clothes when I tried them on. Even worse, when we left and said goodbye to the salesgirl, she just snorted through her nose. Like what??? If let a person who lacks basic human manners, annoying and mean to clientes continue to manage this store, I don't think this store will go any further.

The attitude of the saleswomen is very disrespectful and awful. Me and my boyfriend were originally going to have a look at the bag but the salewomen didn’t even allow us to look at it and especially told us the price of it. I don’t understand why would you put the bag there if you don’t let customers see it in detail.

One of the saddest experiences I’ve had in Paris. The kind that reinforces that Parisians are snobbish and unfriendly. Why would one open a store when they literally give you a resentful look every time you touch an item? We chose to spend our money somewhere else.

If you hate your job then just change it. Walked into the shop and the saleswomen barely said hello, tried to be warm to her but she had the worst vibe and attitude.

Worst customer service ever. The lady has an attitude… so rude, just go if you enjoy being treated poorly
