⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stumbled on BK Bagels at 1120 Broadway and I’m so glad I did! This place is a true neighborhood gem and checks all the boxes if you’re looking for a cozy spot to grab breakfast, lunch, or just a good coffee and pastry. First off, the vibe inside is super chill and welcoming — there’s plenty of seating along the window if you want to people-watch or work on your phone, plus a few tables for a quick sit-down meal. The white brick walls and big black chalkboard menus give it a nice, clean modern look, and the counter setup is really efficient. The staff here work fast but they’re also friendly and patient when you’re deciding what to get (which is hard, because the menu is HUGE). They have an impressive selection — from classic bagel sandwiches to burgers, wraps, fresh juices, pastries, and even lots of flavored cream cheeses. The cream cheese fridge alone is worth checking out — they have everything from scallion tofu and garlic cilantro to blueberry and strawberry. It’s fresh and well-stocked. I tried their iced latte which was smooth and perfectly balanced (and reasonably priced compared to most cafes). The pastries are fresh too — you can grab a croissant, muffin, or Danish right at the counter. They also have a fridge stocked with all kinds of drinks, from juices to sparkling water, which is a nice touch if you’re on the go. There’s a steady stream of locals, from construction workers on break to students and neighborhood folks, which tells you this spot has earned its place here. The music isn’t too loud, the space is clean, and there’s WiFi if you need to get work done while sipping your coffee. Overall, BK Bagels is the kind of place you can rely on for a solid breakfast sandwich, an afternoon coffee pick-me-up, or even a casual lunch. Prices are fair, the portions are generous, and they clearly care about freshness. Highly recommend if you’re in Bushwick/Bed-Stuy area — whether you’re a bagel purist, a coffee lover, or just need a comfy spot to take a break.

People are hard on this place, the service has been really kind and personal for a bagel shop. I got 2 bagels here in one week, the first was scallion cheese with onion/tomato/capers and then I got the whitefish sandwich, both on everything bagels. Both were really good although I don't have much to compare to for the whitefish. They made a cortado from my description even though it wasn't on the menu. Their regular black coffee is also good. The bagel itself is a little bready but it is delicious so I don't care. They do have a nice interior that is comfortable. It's worth a stop and I think less expensive than other bagel shops in this area.

I ordered a 16 oz English breakfast I was charged $4.50 I showed them the sign that says 16 oz tea $2.75 the person argued with me and said these are our prices. I asked to speak to a manager and he said we don’t have one here. I spoke with Miguel who when I asked why is the price wrong he said something under his breath after asking.he then changed the price to $3.00 and moved it to 12oz. Which made no sense since I asked for 16 oz like the sign said. He ignored me showing him the sign where it says 16 oz $2.75. I still do not understand why English breakfast and oat milk is even $5.00 that’s weird. If you’re not Caucasian you won’t be treated nice here, they jump and are friendly to them it’s awkward especially this is a brown and black neighborhood. Anywho tea shouldn’t be $5.00 with tax included.

Great local spot with delicious soft bagels. Their BTK and BF sandwiches are perfection. Even at 12pm on a Tuesday there were still plenty of bagel options to choose from. Cold brew is also great as well, not watered down like most places. Recommend trying their garlic cream cheese as well - subtle but flavorful when added to a sandwich.

Visiting from Japan and tried out this store. Staff were courteous and friendly. We got two bagels, the Salmon Goodness on a toasted Sesame bagel and a Green (wrap) on a toasted Cheddar bagel. Both were absolutely delicious. The dirty chai was great too! And service was pretty quick (got everything in ~5 min). We went at 7:30 on a Saturday, and there were one or two customers before us.

Small place with great bagels! Happily surprised that the cold brew was good too. They have several vegan cream cheese options, I tried cucumber dill and it was delicious. Lox bagel also delicious. There’s a bar and two little tables but most people were ordering to-go.

To anyone looking for a great bagel in Brooklyn, this the spot! Seating available and great, fresh food served with a smile. I got the onion bagel with egg, bacon, and cheese.

I love how typical Brooklyn bagel shop this shop is. I got bagels sliced to go and they cut them for free .... I got a twice cooked pumpernickel and it was actually crispy not burnt !!! Amazing place very affordable and super friendly

Ehhh. This is not the best bagel you can get and is definitely not made in store as they ask if you want them toasted-- why would it need to be toasted if it's fresh? The atmosphere is very chaotic and there are not many places to sit and eat so I got mine to-go. I would not come back here. I'd trek into the city for a bagel.

I ordered delivery from here. I got a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The bagel was okay. It was soft and fluffy, but I prefer a bit of an eggy-ier taste with a little crispness to the outer dough. The strawberry cream cheese was quite sweet and was more like frosting as it didn't have a strong cream cheese taste. I also got the Green Machine juice and loved how fresh and citrusy it tasted. The chocolate chip cookie was an unexpected delight. It was loaded with chunky chips and was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Extremely slow took forever to take my order, bagel was horrible especially for the wait. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Bagel was dry, bacon was cold & dry I would have been better off getting one at the bodega. Never again!

I should've realized when the cashier clicked the toasted button without me asking. I should've let them toast it because that bagel was cold and dense. Clearly, they're not making them here because it was an everything bagel at seven in the morning. I got a block away before I just threw it out and ordered a bagel from Knickerbocker. Get the real thing. Don't go here. I'd rather get a bodega bagel.

Super great food, didn't have to wait long for the food to come out (maybe 5 minutes). Tap to pay is convenient.

Stumbled upon this spot while staying in Brooklyn over the weekend. On a Monday around noon, the line was almost out the door and staff were multi-tasking and filling orders like pros! The menu of offerings was extensive and included bagels, sandwiches and a variety of pastries. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and was offered to have my bagel toasted or not, and my choice of cheese. I love when places let you make these smaller specifications-- makes the sandwich all the more delicious! Because I am THAT person and I absolutely love New York bagels-- I also ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. And yes I did eat them both within 12 hours. The bagels were fantastic -- they had the just the right chew and an ample amount of mix-ins and toppings (depending). In typical New York fashion, the cream cheese to bagel ratio was about 50:50. This does out happen outside of New York bagelries and it is truly a travesty. The staff was friendly and worked quickly! Would absolutely recommend this place for bagels, coffee and sandwiches.

i cannot have one more squishy bagel from this place. there is no difference to the quality of the bagels here vs what u can order at a GROCERY STORE. or drink made incorrectly. you guys don't teach your employees anything so everytime i order a juice or coffee the ratios of ingredients is WILDLY DIFFERENT. it genuinely upsets me since all the other bagel places in the area have shut down and am forced into choosing this place. i keep giving them chances and i am let down every single time. i would genuinely rather starve that be ripped off by this place again. like i get it guys, you dont make your own bagels. whatever, but can u please get a new distributor? these are awful. SO BAD. with the amount of complaints yall get about them, with no ability to change, its giving, yall are being CHEAP and don't care that its bad quality

I don't understand how my boyfriend and I both ordered COLD BREW coffees and we were handed WARM cups of coffee where all the ice had already melted. That's not "cold brew" if you're pouring hot coffee over ice, and worse than that, that means they overcharged us for what we thought were cold brew coffees that were just cheaper drip coffee. The boyfriend asked to have his cup of coffee fixed and the woman said, "I guess I'll put in the cold brew then." Which suggested she didn't before? We were very confused. My slightly warmer-than-room temperature coffee at least tasted pretty good - it was good coffee. Just not cold. I didn't have any bagels or anything because they don't have any gluten-free items (but it looks like they have several tofu cream cheese alternatives, so yay for that), but the boyfriend said his bagel was "adequate" - not the best but it got the job done.

I've ordered bagels from them through UberEats a couple of times. I really like their bagels and flavoured cream cheese, but the last time I ordered from them I bit on something hard while eating my bagel and found a staple! I've attached photos.

This is one of my go-to spots. Their bagels are fresh as fresh can be, and it doesn't matter if you come for a quick breakfast bite or an afternoon snack. Their dirty chai lattes are top notch too. They know how to strike the perfect balance of chai and sugar.

Good vegan cream cheese (and a lot of it!). Simple, straightforward, and sexy. Definitely a must try if you're on the go and passing by.

The bagels I got were honestly not that good. I was disappointed that this was my first bagel experience, it honestly just tasted like any regular bagel I could have gotten anywhere. Their juice was delicious though!

I moved down the street from this bagel store about a year ago and have been giving it a few chances and I am just always disappointed. Today when I finally came back when my order was wrong (after multiple times just ignoring it and trying to just be happy with what I have) I came back and was even more disappointed. The entire staff looked at me as if I was acting like a Karen when I just came back and said my order was missing something that is included on the menu. Considering they charge for every single addition down to salt and ketchup I figure I can at least tell them when something is missing but nope. Over priced, decent food that any Deli could provide for way cheaper. Highly recommend going anywhere else but here.

Bagel was a little smaller than what I'm used to, but the sandwich I got w lox was tasty and the bagels tasted high quality. They're doing delivery during COVID so support local business !!

Great local bagel shop, with a TON of cream cheese flavors! They had tofu cream cheese for vegans, scallion, sun dried tomato, and even flavors that I had never seen before like olive and dill. I got the egg BTA (~$6) with fried egg, bacon, tomato, and avocado. The avocado and bacon portions were pretty generous! I came at around 11a on a Saturday and they were super busy with delivery orders, so keep in mind that there might be a wait at peak times.

Food (sausage, egg, cheese sesame seed bagel) was good and they got our order right. The iced coffee was really good. Nothing to write home about but would grab again if convenient.

Bagels were amazing, service is not. I put in an order for pick up and was notified that my food would be done in 45 minutes. The food was done in 20 minutes and while I normally wouldn't be mad about quick service, it made our food cold since we had to walk to pick up the food and our bagels just sat there for a good 20 minutes getting cold. Once we got there, the girls at the counter couldnt be bothered with helping us. Never mind that, the bagels and cream cheese were bomb. They probably would've been better warm and toasted though. The green juice was also really good. The Nutella croissant on the other hand tasted like it came from Costco and they just drizzled Nutella on top.

Stayed in the area for 5 days and got breakfast here twice! The bagels were so fresh and yummy. Not much seating but still a great experience. They have a good selection of schmear and breakfast sandwiches.

I dunno what place some of the poor reviews are talking about, but it ain't this place! Delicious!!! Had the Egg BTA: bacon, tomato, & avocado on an everything bagel...amazing!!! Only riff is that they didn't have wifi :/

This use to be my favorite place to grab a bagel. Since the remodel of the store, the quality of the food has severely gone down. I don't know if they use to make their bagels from scratch before the remodel but they definitely don't make them from scratch now. Me and my partner saw them taking pre-made bagels out of a box from New Yorker Bagels. I don't know if there have been managerial shifts, but it seems like everything has changed. The guy who calls out the orders is still an OG though. Now that there's really no difference in bagel quality, just walk down the street and grab a better BEC at a deli for half the price. As people who have worked in the industry, we know this isn't a reflection of any of the workers, but rather of poor management and bad decision making on the owner's part.

Really good good ! I can definitely say that without doubt or hesitation. I ordered VIA DoorDash yesterday, I got tuna on a cinnamon raisin bagel and my husband got a veggie quesadilla. Everything was finish within 15 mins, downside his quesadilla was slightly oily Definitely went back today and ordered the T.A.B.T on the same bagel added spinach chipotle Mayo. Soooooo good like good is an understatement, my husband got a tuna bagel with Swiss cheese, egg, spinach on a everything bagel. He loved it and he doesn't eat meat so he just as critical as I am. Downside they forget his cheese. Also got a carrot cake . No disappointments there. P.S. Get a green juice if you like those about 4 was made and ordered while I was here

I LOVE this place. Their bagels are affordable, perfectly toasted, and absolutely stuffed no matter what you order. Today I got a bacon egg & cheese on an everything bagel, toasted, with sun dried tomato cream cheese - it was so good I was tempted to walk right back to buy another. The bacon was perfectly crispy, the egg was soft and pillowy, and the cheese was layered and gooey. BUT the star here is without a doubt the cream cheese. They put so much of it on both sides of the bagel so that it gives a hefty even coat, yet somehow doesn't overpower the rest of the fillings. And it is delicious. My girlfriend recently got a bagel just with the aforementioned cream cheese, which typically I stray away from, and oh man I couldn't get enough. If you're thinking about trying this place, do it. And get the sun dried tomato cream cheese! You'll thank me later.

pretty decent bagel place. pricing is standard and they have a good amount of items on their menu. I got the fried egg BTA on an egg bagel. was pretty decent and did not take too long. I was with two of my friends and we all got our orders within 5 minutes of ordering. if you live nearby, I think it's a good place to go to if you're ever in a rush or have a craving for bagels

The bagels are fine, but their inability to accept electronic payment (or refusal to fix their pos system) is just pathetic.

The food here is delicious but I did also see several roaches scuttling around on the ground during the few minutes it took for my bagel to be ready.

Killer each time I order. I always do the Egg + Cheese Bagel and add pork sausage. Their sausage is mild and works great with an everything bagel (not too heavy on the everything). My wife does the Lox bagel platter and is never disappointed, maybe heavy on the cream cheese, but plenty of everything else too.

BK Bagels did not disappoint! The bagels are very tasty, and soft. I got the turkey bacon egg & cheese on a cinnamon bagel and I was not expecting the bagel to taste as good as it did. I did also order hash browns which I personally don't think travel well. I know they would be good if you had them right away but the sweat a bit on the commute and it tasted a little soggy. But not BKs fault that's how hash browns are. Would order here again! Oh & delivery was nice and quick!

Hands down best breakfast bagels in NY. So stoked I found this gem. The service is amazing and so is the food. I've ordered the same exact egg bacon avocado bagel about 6x in the past month. Can't get enough, crave it all the time. Such a great spot, such cool people working there. All around great vibes and great food! Love you guys! You make my brekkie bagel dreams come true.

I have ordered form here so many times and have never been disappointed. I'm a creature of habit and will almost order the same thing every time. Their BTA on a toasted multigrain bagel is heaven in every bite! Def my fav breakfast bagel shop in the neighborhood. Their baked goods are also amazing! The double chocolate chip muffins and chocolate chip cookies are literally crack!!!! After this pandemic I'm sure I've gained over 20 lbs just due to the amount of times I've ordered from here. I just can't help myself, plus the staff have always been super friendly and nice every morning! Love supporting local, these guys are the best!

I ordered takeout at BK Bagels for Friday brunch. There were so many options on the menu, but I decided to get the veggie breakfast quesadilla and a Nutella croissant. Both of them were very delicious and I was glad the quesadilla was a large portion size that I could save. Unfortunately I'm taking off a star because I was missing an item from my initial order. But for the quality and taste for the items I got delivered, I have nothing bad to say. I would definitely recommend

Literally the best bagel I have ever had in my entire life. Got the lox deluxe sandwich on an everything bagel with tofu chive cream cheese- the ratio of ingredients was perfect! The bagel was baked to perfection! 10/10 will be returning.

i've been coming here for years so I have to leave a review. this is my favorite bagel spot in the world! the bagels are soft and warm. sausage egg and cheese with mayo and ketchup is my go to! or scallion cream cheese and turkey bacon. the iced mocha is delicious. everything I've ever had is the best quality. could not recommend more. I moved further away and still make the trip here regularly.

I always want to give this place another try because it's so convenient..but their ability to mess up even the most simple order feels like I'm being intentionally trolled. Some examples: bacon egg and cheese on an egg everything..served on the wrong bagel, half a dozen bagels side of cream cheese..only gave five bagels and wrong cream cheese, if you're thinking about ordering a custom sandwich just give up now. Additionally, if you think you can stop in quickly to get a side of cream cheese or a single bagel in a bag..no. You will still have to wait for every single breakfast sandwich and order to be made ahead of your item, on average about 15 minutes. Save yourself the headache go to one of the half dozen corner stores in a two block vicinity. I don't give one star reviews lightly, this place legitimately sucks.

I ordered the onion bagel, extra toasted with veggie cream cheese and avocado. The got the order right and the bagel was tasty! The had lots of cream cheese options but only two were labeled and they weren't listed anywhere on the menu so that was disappointing. They also advertised free wifi on the outside window but when I asked for the password they said they didn't have wifi. In NY there are so many places to get a good bagel that next time I'll go somewhere that lists the cream cheeses and actually offers WiFi.

I don't eat bagels much but when I do want one I will be coming back here. Delicious everything bagel, toasted, with real butter. Toasted perfectly , crunchy and soft. The service from Haley, Meryl and the gentleman that prepared my bagel was great. Friendly, patient and courteous. The coffee wasn't as strong as I like, so next time I will see if they have a stronger blend. I will be back. Keep up the good work.

Ok this place is dangerously delicious. I cannot give up my gym membership, as I have been considering to cut expenses since moving to this area. Looks like I'm going to spend more on the gym membership and a lot more on BK Bagels. Delicious!!!!!!!!!

Ordered here once but probably wont be back again, bagel was not bad but definitely not up to par with other amazing nyc bagels. Great if you're by the subway and hungry but otherwise id pass.

the food and service are top-notch, but the AC has been broken for a few weeks and it honestly makes me dread coming here. i hope they fix it or i'm gonna have to start going somewhere else all summer

I get food here a lot because it's convenient, but never once, not a single time have I actually received my correct order. There's always something missing, either a whole item or an add-on. I've just given up and come to terms with the fact that when I get food from here, it's not up to me what I wind up with, it's up to them.

Been here about 3 times already and they haven't disappointed. I ordered the Fried Egg B.T.A. (Bacon, tomato, and avocado). Make sure to get there early enough because the bagels do tend to run out towards 1pm since they are fresh everyday and wouldn't leave any left overs into the next day. Take away: Good quick breakfast if you're in the area.

Waited 15 mins for my order , Got it then it was the wrong order then had to wait another 15mins again .Overpriced for old bagels and unprofessional staff that needs their GED !

Service is fine, but you won't get what you paid for. I ordered the lox deluxe. It comes with lox, cream cheese, onion, tomato, and capers, but I received just the bagel with cream cheese. When I took it back they apologized and remade it, but again forgot everything but the lox. By this point I didn't have time to go back again. Tried being optimistic about it, but in the end the bagel was also stale. Added a star because they were nice. But Knickerbocker Bagels is better, fresher, bigger, cheaper, also nice, and less of a hassle.

I watched a roach casually crawl around on the counter and plexi shield that is up. When I pointed it out to the staff person, she said 'ok thank you goodbye' I was on my way out as I pointed it out. I grew up in a filthy household and know that when a roach is crawling around at 11:30am that there is surely an infestation brewing which means that roaches crawl all over their grill at night where they cook everything their food. I just hope the grill is cleaned properly every morning. I am now afraid to eat here because of this and I have appreciated this place for a long time since I live across the street. Please do better BK Bagels.
