Charming hotel in Segovia's old town. Friendly welcome, nice lobby and well-equipped rooms, some with views. From the outside, the hotel looks small, but as it is built on a hillside, it has six floors. Some of the rooms (407 for example) have a nice view. Breakfast is served in a large, well-lit room with a terrace and offers everything you would expect from a good continental breakfast. We would definitely book the hotel again and can only recommend staying there.

The room was clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. We were visiting in January and it was very cold in our room and a bit hard to regulate the temperature. The location is excellent. Easy walk to all parts of the city.

I never saw so many provisions to assist wheelchairs and seniors with limited mobility. Very comfortable renovated rooms and washroom. Parking is limited and it was full when we came. There is a paid public parking 200 m down the road. The hotel is 2 blocks away from Plaza Mayor, great location. Very affordable.

Arriving at 1 pm, our room wasn't ready, so we went out to visit the town and dine. When we returned, our heater was off and the room was freezing cold. I turned the heater on, but next morning it was just as cold. At the reception, they realized that oops, they had forgotten to switch it on from their control panel, so for the second night was the temperature OK. Our room was disappointingly small. We had asked for a room with a view, which it had but, being on the second floor, it was half hidden by a nearby building (a crumbling church) - so if you love views, make sure you get a room on a higher floor. There was no road noise, but we could hear our neighbours, which kept my wife awake several times. WIFI was appalling in our room and it hardly worked better in the reception. Breakfast is pretty average, with overcooked, dry scrambled eggs (probably because they prepare batched too big for the flow of customers), and soft bacon bathing in oil (I like it crisp and dry). The hotel is well located, about 5 minutes away from the cathedral and 10 from the Alcazar, but it is located on a low part of the town, so there is quite some climbing to reach anything. Altogether, it's was OK but far from being the top hotel we were expecting.

Exe Casa de los Linajes is a hotel brimming with character. We received a warm welcome from the great receptionist. Although we arrived an hour early, we only had to wait a few minutes before our room was ready. **Room Highlights:** - The fridge was impressively cold—a rare find during this trip, where most fridges only prevented things becoming warm. - There was a good desk and a comfortable seat in the room, making it an ideal space to work. - The shower was very powerful, which was a nice touch. - The balcony added to the charm and provided a pleasant outdoor space. - Breakfast was good **Minor Issues:** - The bath did not drain properly when taking a shower. - The shower head tended to spin around when the water pressure was high, but the staff assured us they would fix it—I'm confident they would have sorted it out if I'd mentioned it during my stay. - The room lighting was somewhat limited and never quite bright enough.

Clean, great location, and lovely breakfast room overlooking the landscape. Internal courtyard and quirky layout in terms of floor levels. Reception is on level 4 - which is street level. I thought it was great, and my bike was stowed safely in a locked room. Would recommend it, close to everything.

Great little hotel off the beaten path, but close to everything. We were able to get a room the day of for very cheap, 87Euros. It didn't have a view, but the bed was comfortable and the room temperature was pleasant. Nice bathroom, good lobby area with some small amenities and a breakfast area if you choose to pay for it/10Euros. The hotel offered parking, however, it was full upon arrival. Easy to park down the street in the public parking garage.
