Best Western Melbourne City Hotel

Great location - perfect room for 1 night stay. The staff were so kind, we got to check in at 10.45am which is almost unheard of! My only complaint would be that there were no windows in the room & there was an annoying noise whenever someone was in the shower. For 1 night stay this wasn’t really an issue and the positives outweighed the negatives. Would stay again due to the great location!

I had a great stay at this budget hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. I found the bed super comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet, which made for a very peaceful and restful stay. The hotel is in a great location, and for the price, this place offers excellent value for money. The room was cosy, the bathroom compact, but honestly, it was more than sufficient for my needs. Everything was functional and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a good location with excellent customer service at a great price. I will definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our 1 night Stay at this Hotel. Arrived several hours early before official Check In Time and the very kind guy on Reception allowed us to go straight to the Room as it was ready. The location is very good, 10 min walk to Southern Cross Station, Southbank, Tram Stop etc. Our Room was very quiet (internal room) away from the front of the building. The Hotel is not 5 Star (nor does it pretend to be) but was very clean and comfortable, Price was great.! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Very convenient. However the window is not very soundproof so it can get quite noisy with the trains passing by. I m a light sleeper so it s a bit problematic for me. It will be nice if the windows are soundproof or hotel provides earplugs. I asked if they can swap me to a quieter room but sadly there s no other room available. Overall a good stay.

Recommended! I can say that my experience with Best Western is very pleasant. I stayed here for one night and have to catch the next train early morning. I requested if I was able to check in early as I have to check out the next day at 6AM. Luckily the room was available. The lady at the counter was very nice, she welcomed me and helped me when I was having a trouble in opening the door with the swipe card. The room is enough for 1 person, it's not too small for me, not noisy and really comfortable. I appreciate the cleanliness and the space that I have. Thank you, I will surely stay here again when I visit Melbourne.

Had a five night stay here. |Location is practical - just a stroll from the station and the airport bus. The free tram is just down the road too. |The room was ok - but gave on to a wall so no view. The bathroom is tiny with very little space to store things. |The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Melbourne and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. This is the first time that I've stopped here the receptionist that was on Sunday evening was very welcoming I'd had not trouble at all. I'd made a booking reservation for 14 day stay no problem checked in room number 111 the room was small just how I liked it the bathroom was small again just how I liked it. Keeping this hotel in mind for next time I find it much better then where I stopped at from my previous stay YHA.
