We had the most amazing time saying at Hotel La Semilla. The location was perfect! So much choice for good restaurants and being at the start of 5th avenue and near the beach meant it was so easy to go out and have a good time. The room was clean and very cute, even in the rain everything felt peaceful. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating- especially the host Claudia who was lovely and helped us book a great excursion to Chichén-Itzá. The chef consistently made an amazing breakfast and also brought out the most delicious cake I've ever had for my birthday which made everything even more special. No faults and would 100% come back to stay when we return to Playa del Carmen.

Lovely Hotel stay. Exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Let me be clear, this is not a luxury hotel! Some things don't work properly and some things may need an update. La Semilla is a rustic, calming, peaceful experience where there is a beautiful balance with nature.||I stayed in the suite (room 9), which was highly spacious with a pleasing aesthetic and nice terrace. View from the bed was green and bats, birds and squirrels could be observed depending on the time of day. Lighting was ideal.||Mosquito's in the room was an issue, they would sneak in once doors were opened and hid in the bathroom or shower room - I should have been more diligent.||Staff are helpful, friendly and attentive, Their english isn't great but they tried their best (my spanish was worse than their english). Breakfast was tasty and chef managed to cater to my vegan diet without any issue. Snacks and drinks were available through the day. The rooftop was good and the courtyard area was devine!||The location is perfect; on the "prettiest street in Playa", 5 minutes from the beach, next to a 7/11 store, and also seconds from the main tourist street of Playa.

A lovely boutiques hotel close to some really good restaurants, bars and the beach. The room was quiet. The interior design is quite unique. Your stay includes a breakfast which was really good. The center garden is gorgeous. Staff was very helpful and nice. I highly recommend the stay

One last breakfast at La Semilla Hotel in Playa De Carmen. Every day started with a bowl of fruit and a home-made plate of the day. Today, vegetarian tacos, which were, as everything else all week, amazing.||The room was comfortable with a great bed and terrace.||I'll miss this place. A nice hotel in the center of everything with a courtyard that feels like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the street.

We loved our stay at Hotel LaSemilla! It is in a great location on 38th street by fun restaurants and the beach. The staff was amazing and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. One of the best things was the homemade breakfast each morning with a different Mexican entree everyday! Also the roof top patio and courtyard are beautiful and great to hang out in! Thanks for a wonderful stay in Playa Del Carmen would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful hotel with amazing service! Claudia was kind and helped us with any of our questions. We stayed in the suite with an outdoor bath, and it has a great view and the tub is perfect for cooling off or relaxing in the evening. The breakfast was delicious, convenient, and my favorite part of staying there.

Claudia was a super nice Host. |The hôtel is ideally located at the corner of La quinta and with parking for our rented car. You can use their bikes to go on the Beaches and enjoy a homemade breakfast!|Loved it and recommend it 🤩

Add a lovely stay great location, right where there’s lots of restaurants, bars, spas, and along the walking pedestrian path. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The fruit was especially delicious all around extremely pleasant. Stay.
