"This much-loved secondhand and vintage clothing store is one of the oldest in the city—if not the oldest. Set inside a charming wooden house in Laugavegur, the interior is quirkily decorated and full of colorful garments of all kinds, many of them brought back from Europe and North America by the owners themselves. Catering for men and women, the curated selections of dresses, pants, skirts, and tee-shirts are supplemented by boots, shoes, and accessories. Occasionally the store has a kilo market where guests can purchase clothes by the kilogram for a slightly cheaper price."

I really wanted to love this vintage store, but my experience was disappointing. I bought two sweatshirts that were very overpriced for what they were, and when I realized it, I tried to return them. One employee told me I could return them, but another employee said I could only exchange for store credit. They were unhelpful, slightly rude, and overall made the process frustrating. For the high prices they charge, I expected much better customer service and clearer policies. I won’t be shopping here again.

Wouldn’t ship an item even if I paid for shipping and extra for the item. Pretty low end on the customer service side. Absolutely ridiculous. Also closes early. Do better.

Really funky little shop. Visited last July and bought one of my favourite items of clothing. I found it fairly affordable and it was full of unique pieces. I wish there were vintage shops like this back in Glasgow!!

Good selection but wish I had more time to crawl through their selection - some pieces definitely not in a good enough condition that I thought it should be on the rack, so just make sure to try anything on before buying. Did not end up buying anything but hope to go back!

Wool sweaters for the best price I could find. A few were not in very good condition, but some looked like new! I would have bought other clothes too, if I had space in my suitcase. The cashier was very kind and helpful, she showed me how to get a tax refund at the airport :)
