Hibiscus Garden Resort

Enjoyed my stay here with my family. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff are attentive and polite. Small mishaps like not always replenishing our coffee, towels, and discovering over-charges with our final bill. Lucky we always double check! I’m sure the team can improve on these small mistakes. I would come back again.

Hibiscus was such a perfect place to stay in Puerto Princesa. It was incredibly clean, super relaxing, had amazing air conditioning and the staff were superb. I would say the wifi wasn’t great but honestly the bar, restaurant, location, and pool made up for it. Loved it!

one of the best expiriences we ever had ! they welcomed us with a big smile and offered us a nice cold drinks on a hot day ! after that they helped us move the bags in the room which was big , comfy and very clean !! they accepted my request to make something special for our aniverssary ( see photo bellow ) . the pool was nice and clean . the bar serves cold drinks . there is a nice garden with airbeds (if its they are called like this...) unfortunately we didnt try the restaurant but i will definatelly come back to try it ! Many thanks for making our visit so special for me and my wife 🥰🥰 i totally reccomend this place !!

We loved our stay. The beds are comfortable and the room is cool enough to have great sleep. The only issue I want to point out is the low water pressure and dirty swimming pool. Aside from that, everything went well and the staffs are very accommodating.

Unfortunately, the service at Hibiscus was quite lacking. The staff appeared overwhelmed, and there was noticeable miscommunication, which detracted from the overall dining experience. On a positive note, the food and ambiance were good, and I can recommend those aspects. However, if you’re looking for a restaurant with excellent service, I cannot recommend Hibiscus at this time. I sincerely hope they can improve their service, particularly in how they treat their clients with respect.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant serves fresh food. The location is ideal for trips in the area. The staff is friendly and professional with a special attention to details. They were very helpful in helping us organize trips near and far. I highly recommend it.

I recently held a business meeting at Hibiscus Garden Inn, drawn in by their great food. While the dishes were indeed delicious, the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. We had communicated our requirements beforehand, but the supervisor seemed completely unprepared. In the middle of our meeting, we were asked to leave by the F&B Supervisor because they didn’t understand our needs. To make matters worse, we had been quoted 700 pesos each for the meeting. We left instead. I was expecting to receive the same level of excellent service from the previous owners of Casa Rosa in Taytay, Palawan but I was really disappointed with the staff service. It’s frustrating when a restaurant with good food fails to provide basic service and professionalism. I left feeling let down and would not recommend this place for business meetings.

A nice hotel with restaurant and bar a few minutes walk from the main road in Puerto Princesa. Rooms are very large and even had a private area in the back if you wanted to sit outside. Ideal for more than one person.
