"Dominican Tree House Village Live out your Swiss Family Robinson dreams at this small resort, where rope bridges and jungle paths connect 22 treehouses to a main lodge and restaurant serving fresh, organic produce harvested nearby. The treehouses are all set above the tree line; three VIP units feature king-size beds, outdoor showers, and the best views. There’s no Internet, cell service, or TV here, but there is a zip line that starts in the mountains and ends at a waterfall, and a rope swing near the resort’s back entrance. If you desperately need to check your email, there’s Wi-Fi just outside the property at Emma’s Café, where the staff will also teach you to dance merengue, bachata, or salsa."

My stay at Dominican Tree House Village Resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt an instant connection to the place and everyone there. The atmosphere is filled with love, peace, and a calming energy that makes you feel at home. From the cook’s warm smile to the loyal security dog, Ranger, every detail added to the experience. Strangers quickly became family, and the people from the surrounding village welcomed me with open hearts. Surrounded by nature—majestic trees, gentle rivers, curious animals—and supported by an incredible staff and the gracious owner, Bart, the entire stay radiated high vibrations and good energy. This wasn’t just a visit; it was an experience of connection, serenity, and pure joy. 🌿✨ I left with my heart full and my spirit refreshed—and I absolutely can’t wait to return. *Yoga by the waterfall 🦋 Magical

What a really interesting and unique experience! Normally, I do the typical resort and bougie vacation, but it was so awesome to try more of an eco-friendly stay and really experience what it’s like to live in a jungle. I was really surprised at how little bugs there were. Not only in the room, but in the bathrooms. The staff was so amazing and me and my girlfriends even got to ride horses down to the beach. Overall, awesome experience!

This experience completely blew my expectations out of the water. Staying in a treehouse at the Dominican Treehouse Village was something I’ll never forget—it was pure magic. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The staff went above and beyond with their warmth, kindness, and helpfulness, which made our group of six girls feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The food was outstanding—breakfast each morning was delicious and energizing, lunches on the beach were dreamy, and dinners felt like intimate family gatherings under the stars. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. You are fully immersed in nature, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the jungle. The zip line that connects to the village was such a fun surprise—an adrenaline rush we’ll be talking about for a long time! Every part of this trip was unforgettable, and honestly, I didn’t want it to end. If you’re even considering staying here—do it. It’s a solid five-star experience through and through.
