Amazing views of the cafe! Daniel was an amazing server and very knowledgeable. Food was amazing with great prices! Mimosas were great! We will definitely come back on our next vacation.

We had a great experience here on a Thursday evening, unlike some of the reviews here. Service was fast and spot on, very friendly and music was at normal volume despite sitting next to a speaker, so no complaints there. Yes it’s on pricy side but it’s a nice atmosphere, nice view, tasty food. The DJ is from 9 pm to 1 am Thursday to Sunday.

Service was slow as it took a long time to get our guacamole and our bill at the end of dinner. The Madre pasta and the lasagna were great and of course had a bit of Mexican spice to the Italian dishes. Great Mezcalitas as well!

After a long day, stopped at Madre Roof, food tasted amazing 👏 as well as every cocktail 👏! I hung out at the bar and Brian attended my party extremely well and really made our experience at Madre Roof exceptional 👏 . Cocktails had a unique taste. Also shout out to the host on Saturday night that welcomed us upstairs 👏 don’t sleep on Madre Roof 👌

Extranjeros! Be really carefully when coming to this place 🚨 1 star. OSWALDO was our waiter and he abused our trust by selecting 20% tip automatically (this is high for Mexico). This is rude and disrespectful. Service was OK but not top notch. He never asked and he laughed at his peers at how stupid we were for paying a high tip. I am Mexican and I came with foreigner friends. I would not recommend coming to this place if you are a foreigner in Mexico. Straight abuse.

I've been here many times since Madre Roof opened! I usually go on my own for dinner because the spot looks pretty and helps me to have a peaceful moment with myself. Service, it's been amazing on my experience. Dishes are considered quite on pricey (for some people), but I mean, on my experience, it is worth it. (Just as an observation, it would be better if Madre Roof increases the meals portions). I found the environment very romantic and perfect for a date night. My friends also enjoyed it the last time we visited. One of my favourite dishes is rib eye tacos with tuetano. Mezcal cocktails and Taro Carajillo, so good! 🤤

Loved it. The place is nice, especially for a sunny day. Tried the Aperol spritz and it was good. I recommend the pasta madre it was delicious! Service by Hector was excellent.

For my first time in Mexico, this place was the worst dining experience !! Please do not come here. Our food was delivered COLD and we were celebrating a friend’s birthday for dinner….they told us they were bringing out cake and when we asked they told us no because the kitchen was closed. Hm kitchen was closed? But you said you were going to bring it. I did not want to tip and yet one of the waitresses forced us to tip 15%. No language barrier as we have a Spanish speaking friend in the group. Will not come back and I advise all to pls avoid Madre Roof and Madre Cafe. It’s empty for a reason
