"When it comes to beach bars, it doesn’t get much better than this open-air spot on picturesque Cockleshell Bay. During the day, guests can take advantage of lounge chairs, beach volleyball nets, and snorkeling gear rentals. Friday nights bring bonfire dinners, while Sunday afternoons feature live bands and dancing. The menu is heavy on seafood prepared in the traditional Caribbean way, with popular dishes ranging from corn chowder to coconut shrimp and conch fritters."

Swim Between 2 Idyllic Caribbean Islands — and See Turtles, Fish, and Other Marine Life Along the Way

"This beachfront bar and gathering spot functions as the official finish line for the cross-channel swim, accommodating everyone from casual, fin-equipped participants to serious competitors racing without aids. The finish area doubles as a community hub for the event’s charitable and outreach efforts—organizers have renewed partnerships with the local Special Olympics chapter and a 'Gifting Goggles' initiative that collects donated goggles for youth swimming programs—and is where course times are recorded, including the course record of 55 minutes, 28 seconds held by Olympic gold-medalist Ashley Whitney." - Stacey Leasca Stacey Leasca Stacey Leasca is an award-winning journalist and co-founder of Be a Travel Writer, an online course for the next generation of travel journalists. We took the water taxi over from Nevis for Lobster Fest with a group of nine, and this place did not disappoint. The energy was on point — live band, quick service, and a crowd that was clearly there to have a good time. Portions were solid for the price, and the bucket of beer definitely kept the vibes going. It’s a fun, easygoing setup where you can eat well, drink well, and not feel rushed. The atmosphere leans a little touristy, but honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience at all. You’re right on the beach, perfectly positioned for sunset, dancing, and soaking up the whole island vibe. Overall, a great spot for groups and anyone looking to kick back and enjoy a fun evening by the water.

I had smoked salmon, eggs, potatoes, and toast. DELICIOUS!! Was able to taste the pancakes, which were cooked to perfection. The buffalo wings are tasty (right size and crispness). Service was on point. Never lacked enthusiasm. Patient and friendly.

We had a fabulous day at Reggae Beach Bar-Grill. Our server was super friendly and prompt. Food was hot and delicious. We had new-to-us drinks (BBCs) and they were amazing!! We were able to rent beach loungers and an umbrella too. Wonderful day!

Really enjoyed our meal here. We were taken here by our driver (Roger), and it was a great choice. Had showers, place to change and direct beach access. As well as food and free WiFi

We'd been here before on a cruise but this time we stayed in St Kitts and wanted to go back. We liked it so much we actually came twice in the same week. The atmosphere is great, the employees are friendly, the drinks strong and tasty and the food delicious. Lots of chairs and umbrellas, along with natural shade are available. All are close to the water. The beach is beautiful. Try their reggae punch and coconut shrimp. Special shout outs to Freddie, Griffin and Vernon! I'm sure we will return. FYI. Plenty of parking too.

We only visited for a drink around lunchtime and it was great! Peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The mango smoothie was delicious. Would love to come back here to eat and rent a chair!
