"Once just another of the European capital’s many high-end hotels, the Sofitel Brussels Le Louise was transformed by noted architect–designer Antoine Pinto (who did the public spaces in his signature bold and whimsical style) and designer Etienne Bouten (who oversaw the rooms), so it’s now one of the more visually arresting spots in town. The 169 bright and airy rooms and suites are done-up in a sleek but comfortable style, with pops of color and playful touches accenting the cushy beds, convenient work deasks, and bathrooms stocked with Hermes products. Downstairs, Pinto’s Crystal Lounge has become one of Brussels’ hottest spots, both for its retro supper club style—complete with 40-foot alabaster bar, deep leather seating, and softly lit outdoor terrace—and its menus of creative cocktails and local cuisine, served against the backdrop of live music. Along with all that, an ideal location on the border of the historic city center and the fashionable Avenue Louise shopping district makes this hotel a convenient hub for both business and leisure guests."

Le Louise Hotel Brussels (Brussels, Belgium) 7 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"As the capital of the European Union the city of Brussels is something of a crossroads, and as such it’s got no shortage of high-end hotels — most of which, perhaps understandably, are a bit on the conservative side. Exceptions, however, are ever easier to come by. Previously an absolutely traditional grand hotel, today’s Le Louise Hotel Brussels is fresh off a substantial renovation, offering a stylish and contemporary alternative to business travelers and Avenue Louise–bound luxury shoppers alike." - Tablet Hotels

Location is pretty good but you will need to walk to the center. The walk isnt bad. Hotel is right across the street from.all of your luxury stores. Then u walk about 20 mins and get to the center and the parliament. With the star review they have and price charged, they need to upgrade the mattresses. They are horrible and indented in and make noise. The pillows need upgrading as well. So to get a comfortable sleep, was a bit hard. The hotel maid was phenomenal. Sweetest thing ever. Loved her. The hotel restaurant, the food is actually pretty good. I ate a meal there which was the shrimp burger, and it was divine. Sadly, the comfrt of the beds didnt make the stay great.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome at check-in to the beautiful room with a fantastic view, overlooking the courtyard which I didn’t expect for a city hotel , everything was top-notch. ||The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff provided exceptional customer service, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The bed was incredibly comfortable , the overall room size was quite large and the showers were fantastic in the bathroom. |The breakfast overall was excellent. Everything you needed. ||The only one thing is we had dinner one night at the hotel and found that they were lack of staff so the service wasn’t very brilliant , had to look for staff at for service. |Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

My experience at Le Louise Hotel Brussels – MGallery Collection was truly exceptional. The hotel’s location is perfect, situated on one of Brussels’ most elegant and upscale streets, close to everything yet calm and refined. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a higher-category room with a beautiful view. The thoughtful welcome amenities — wine, chocolates, and mixed nuts — added a personal and elegant touch that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The staff were outstanding in every department — from the front desk team to room service and the executive lounge. Everyone I encountered was professional, warm, and attentive, delivering a level of service that truly reflects the MGallery spirit of hospitality. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels. I look forward to returning soon!

Marie was very friendly and cooperative at the front desk. My stay was good overall, except for the noise from the street with police and ambulance sirens at night. The room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was decent, though it could have had more variety. I would recommend this hotel for people who love shopping, as the location is great for that. However, it’s not ideal for those looking for a calm or quiet area, since the city is quite crowded with tall buildings and constant activity.

A rare instance when a luxury hotel is also warm and cosy. I really felt at home and pampered by the incredibly helpful staff. Perfectly located in the center and yet quiet. Good gym. Perfect bedding.

We recently organized an event at Le Louise Hotel Brussels – MGallery Collection with the support of Clara, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the initial booking and coordination with the sales team all the way to the on-site support from the waiting staff, everything was absolutely fantastic. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and truly enjoyable. The cooperation with Clara and the hotel team was seamless — everyone was attentive, responsive, and a real pleasure to work with. The food was excellent, and the service during the event exceeded our expectations. Thanks to their professionalism and care, the event was completely stress-free for us as organizers. I would gladly return for another business event without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Google
view, which was a lovely surprise. The suite was spacious and had a lot of potential, but it could’ve used a bit more attention—some corners were worn and a few spots were visibly damaged. There was also no full-size mirror, which felt like a basic feature to be missing. Some details made the room feel a little incomplete. The glasses were just placed loosely in the cupboard without any proper holder, and they used these odd metal plates under the tea cups that heated up when making a hot drink. They weren’t stylish at all—in fact, they looked quite unpleasant and out of place. On top of that, the tea selection was really limited. On the positive side, the welcome drinks and chocolates were a thoughtful touch and definitely appreciated. The suite had a nice layout, though it would’ve been much better with two seats in the main bedroom or at least a bigger couch. Breakfast was underwhelming. For a five-star hotel, it was surprisingly minimal and didn’t feel worth it. The location was great—close to both tram and metro stops, and only 15–20 minutes from the city center. The Palace of Justice is also just a few minutes away. The garden area and lobby were genuinely charming and gave the hotel a warm and inviting feel.

Hotel is in a nice location, love the Nespresso machine and water in the room, rooms have a nice layout. But the beds really require an upgrade - they’re terrible, old, bumpy and uncomfortable. With this hotel’s price tag I expect more. A sliding door into the bathroom is also not a great solution if there is more than one person staying. Towels are very old and no longer white, edging on a 3* experience
