Fatsio

Very old school restaurant like stepping back in time. The food was amazing. The slowcooked beef wrapped aubergine was one of the best bites of food I have ever had. Fatsio overshadowed our 2☆ Michelin Meal. Even the potato and chicken tasted like my της γιαγιάς. Cannot recommend it enough.

We enjoyed our meal here - it was very convenient to see and then pick our options. The Greek lasagna and eggplant wrapped meat were our favorites!

What an incredibly unique place! The service is top notch, the server was very patient with us and explained all the dishes on display. We were served enthusiastically and promptly. The beer was cold and the food delicious. Such a fine establishment. Adored the decor and ambience.

The ambience and the service at Fatsio are unforgettable. As an Istanbulite living in London for many years now, Fatsio made me feel at home. I will not forget the person who served me; I assume he was the head waiter. He made not only my day but also my trip to Athens unforgettable. A heartfelt thanks!

A lovely room with attentive, friendly service. We went at lunchtime and food was provided cafeteria style... one points out their choices, and it's brought to the table. The food is good home style greek classics which I wish came out a bit warmer. The quality of the tomatoes in the greek salad suffered from having been refrigerated... in fact they were stone cold. Nonetheless, paired with a litre of the pleasant house wine, we enjoyed our meal at Fatsio.

Old fashioned exceptional cuisine greek specialties impeccable service even busy hours rustic environment delicious homemade cooking. A must visit for locals and families. Traditional Sunday family lunch. Take away and delivery is also a fine option

We came here for lunch and got a table very easily. They have a pre cooked menu for lunch and you can choose among the available dishes. We had the aubergine and baked pasta and some Greek salad on the side. It was the best aubergine we had tasted so far, the Greek salad was also very refreshing on a hot summer day. The staff were friendly, though the atmosphere was a little drab with the place mostly frequented by old people.

Best vibes in Athens bar none. Best of the best. I would give this place all the stars and more. Hidden gem just a few metro stops from the city center. You haven't been to Athens if you haven't been to Fatsio.
