Compared to other luxury brand stores, the Thom Browne store goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and a valued customer. I've visited on several occasions this past year and on every visit I have always been offered a drink and have been greeted with warm smiles by all members of staff. The staff make an effort to remember your name, your occupation and interests to build a genuine rapport with their customers. Would highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Mark, Meg or Tom - who have always provided me with exemplary service and advice on all their products.

Had an issue with a 240 pound leather wallet and was to go away as I had no receipt as it was a gift so I haven’t got one
I feel that when you purchase an item from a top quality designer and there’s an issue then it will be sorted well not from TB you’d get better service from Primark
Just be aware if things do go array with a TB product and you may not have kept your receipt then TB aren’t interested as with me they literally told me to go away
