Utterly earned ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s An Exceptional Stay – A Rare Gem for Disabled Travellers Our recent stay at the Kimpton Hotel in Glasgow was nothing short of outstanding. As a disabled traveller, I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years all over the world, but it’s incredibly rare to find one that gets accessibility so right. The facilities here were far above expectations everything was thoughtfully designed, genuinely accessible, and clearly put together with care and understanding rather than as an afterthought. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was comfortable and seamless. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their friendly, professional attitude made us feel completely at ease. The accessible room itself was superb spacious, comfortable, and beautifully finished. The bathroom was exceptionally well equipped, with all the right adaptations that actually make a difference day to day. It’s clear that Kimpton Glasgow truly values inclusion and takes pride in offering a first-class experience for all guests. Breakfast was another highlight a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with delicious food and plenty of options. The service once again was flawless. The area is quite and the staff is very nice and well organized. The rooms are generous. The room (the suite facing the park) wasn't spanking Clean (sticky bathroom floor, crumbs on the sofa) which was disappointing. Breakfast service and room service was both excellent and the spa area is quite nice. The area is quite but close enough too the City center.

Wonderful hotel in Glasgow. Staff are extremely friendly, and can’t do enough to help. Social hour is perhaps a little bit too early for business travellers, but it’s a wonderful idea. Beds are wonderfully comfortable. Highly recommended.

Reception staff and the concierge are brilliant. They were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are fine but both my husband and I found the bed VERY soft and not great for our bad backs. Some people would think this is a positive, just not us. It is in a good location and has good facilities.

We recently stayed at the Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel and had a truly lovely experience. We arrived very late at night and were given a smaller room overlooking an inner courtyard with some ventilation noise. It wasn’t quite what we expected, but the staff were incredibly polite and immediately promised to help us the next day.||Even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to find us a larger, brighter room and even moved all our luggage while we were out exploring — such thoughtful service!||Every single member of the team, from the reception and breakfast room to the hotel entrance, was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The hotel’s entrance and restaurant are absolutely stunning, and the overall atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming.||We were very happy with our stay and will definitely return. And don’t miss the complimentary wine happy hour — such a charming touch!

The spa facilities were super - sauna, pool with water jets for the shoulders, jacuzzi style pool, dark pool rooms, dark tepid room, salt room, snow room.... The treatment, which was provided by Kimberley, was outstanding. As was the two course lunch - sea trout starter and hake main. Oddly, there were areas of this beautiful hotel that required to be cleaned more thoroughly, including the toilets and changing area.

We had a great stay here for two nights. Room was exceptional, food, equally. We ate here twice, one dinner and one breakfast…both were excellent. The service from all staff was superb and a happy hour in the lobby (complimentary each day) was a great touch. We found it centrally located and would return again when in Glasgow.

The most luxurious, incredible stay me & my partner have had. We visited this hotel for our 1 year anniversary & the hotel upgraded our room free of charge, it was a lovely surprise to arrive to! The staff went above & beyond to make the room look the part for our celebrations. The team here are so friendly, welcoming & helpful. We had breakfast in bed & WOW it was phenomenal the best breakfast we’ve had. The spa is gorgeous too! I really couldn’t fault this place. We can’t wait to go back one day😊

We were traveling with another couple and we arrived early. We had to wait for our rooms. We were told they were cleaning them so we sat around the lobby. But they kept telling us they were cleaning the rooms. Finally we got our rooms. The rooms were very nice but lacked drawers. After we settled in we went to the hotels social hour. It consisted of free wine. It was very nice. The hotel included an excellent breakfast. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. Aside our waiting to get our rooms the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms here are spacious and very quiet and comfortable. The staff is attentive and responsive. The location of the hotel, overlooking lovely Blythswood Square park, is perfect for sightseeing, with close proximity to tony Sauchiehall Street shops. The morning buffet and a la cart breakfast is superb: be sure to enjoy the fresh croissants and eggs Benedict. This hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway.

Absolutely Beautiful hotel. Service was Excellent. At the first moment you walk in you realize you are in a five star hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with large bathrooms. The morning breakfast is amazing, and the staff are friendly and attentive to every need. Afternoon's in the lobby for wine was a real treat and an opportunity to meet others staying at the hotel. I cannot say enough about the service, everyone we encountered were professional and greeted us warmly everyday. Exceptional Service & Hotel!

This restaurant as you go into on the ground floor is like a sushi bar Japanese restaurant. Very dull. The waiting staff do try their best ok I give them that. The food is basic not 5 stars. Customers I noticed are basic too. Saw the odd posh couple. I won't be back

I debated giving Blythswood Square a 3 because of something I found incredibly disappointing, but decided to give it a 4 based on the quality of the room and the exceptional service and friendliness of the staff. To start, I don't give hotels a 5 unless they have an amazing shower or bathtub. This hotel has a fantastic shower and bath tub and could have gotten a 5, but... The spa that is located on premise and free for guests to use from some time in the morning and then again in the evening from 6-9, and one of the major reasons we booked, had issues and the pool and water facilities were closed. Not only is this disappointing, but no compensation was offered (not an alternate facility offered unlike the Dakota which coincidentally had the same issue with their spa ) and I overheard a couple saying that they felt that their honeymoon was ruined because of this and I'd have to say I would agree if I were them. It's not just that the facility waterworks were non-functional, it's that they have been that way for some amount of time and the hotel didn't bother to let us know ahead of time in case we wanted to book somewhere else. I'm not sure the staff realizes that many people who book a room at this price point do so because of amenities like the spa area, and without it the hotel doesn't compete as favorably with nearby hotels at the same price point. Keep this in mind when making a reservation and ask if the spa is functional before you stay. With all that being said, this is probably a 4-5 star facility when the spa is completely operational, given the exceptional service, and if you read this far and you stay here, seek out Colin MacBryer (guest relations manager) and show him this review and tell him Eric and Charlene from Ohio sent you and you might get one on the house

Beautiful restaurant, very decadent. We had 2 course market lunch(£18.50) Pate was lovely but served with only 1 very small slice bread. Chicken with wine jus and mushrooms served on bed of mash was tender and tasty but lukewarm Extra veg(£3.95) was tiny portion but needed to fill the plate Wine ,once poured for the first time, was not poured again Service poor with no visible staff On leaving we had to collect our own coats from hanger On the whole, a nice enough lunch but lacking in service which you would expect from a high class establishment

This girl loves a good proper pamper and The Blythswood has been the setting for many of these sessions in Glasgow. The Blythswood Square Spa offers a subterranean retreat in the middle of the hustle and bustle Scotland's largest city. Modern sleek lines and contemporary design, it's the ideal sanctuary for road warriors and work-worn urban professionals. As a former dancer, I have had the pleasure of having my feet seen to by their podiatry clinic. My often calloused feet are transformed into baby-soft perfection. Their thermal spa experience is the ultimate escape for the evening or a weekend spa day. If you're not a regular user of saunas and spas, you'll enjoy the detoxifying effects steam has on your skin. Their spa lunches are fairly standard--what you'd expect from any respectable cafe. The only negative experience happened a while back. I was booked in for an ila Spa Day, which included a Chakra Well-Being treatment. The day was complete bliss until up to the very end. As part of the treatment hot oil is poured over the forehead (third eye). The therapist warned me it would be warm (as it was also described on the treatment menu), but I hadn't realised that it would be hot (very hot that I felt my delicate skin sizzle). A few days passed after the treatment and I noticed the spot where the oil was poured left a scar. Obviously I got in touch with the spa to express my anxiety and disappointment (especially for a £200+ treatment). After several communications back and forth, the best the manager could offer was to purchase a tube of aloe vera from Holland and Barrett. I ended up seeking medical advice and treatment from a dermatologist while I was visiting family in NYC. After being burned and left with a scar from Blythswood Square's ila Chakra Well-Being treatment, it took a few microdermabrasions and chemical peels to lighten the scar. If there is hot oil being poured, proceed with caution... Otherwise the Blythswood is a convenient urban retreat.

It was a long time since I wanted to go to the cocktail bar at the Blythwood Hotel. Such a treat! We got a bit confused at first and tried getting a seat into the restaurant on the ground floor, but then got redirected to the first floor where the cocktail bar is. I was craving an Irish coffee, and none of the festive cocktails would take my mind off it (although they really seemed gorgeous). So Irish coffee it was, and it was delightful. My friend had one of their festive cocktails with bubbles, and I can't remember what...I know it was second on the list (visual memory!) and he very much liked it as well. And then a second Irish coffee ensued, as you do, because it's Christmas day and you just have to. Staff members were very friendly and service timely. The premises are just lovely as well, and the atmosphere very elegant and chilled at the same time. Don't hesitate going for a festive or non-festive drink, for an occasion or just out of a whim, you will love it!

My husband and I honeymooned in Scotland for 11 days after a quick 2 day trip to London and across all of the various hotels and BnBs we stayed in, Blythswood Sqaure came in at the top! Namely because of Stewart. He's a bellman here and he's INCREDIBLE! We were checking in and he ran to assist with bags. Then he showed us to our room, gave us a mini tour of the amenities and offered further assistance every time we saw him over the next day or so. All with a smile and a hysterically kind but sharp sense of humor. Sure, he was just doing his job - but it was more than that. Stewart was so kind and efficient that it left such a strong impression on us. Each time we'd leave the hotel for a bite or a drink and come back we'd actually hope and wish that we'd see Stewart and have him greet us when we approached the lobby. He's just a young, energetic whiz at his job and he truly made the stay memorable and comfortable. I know someday he'll be managing the entire hotel with a personality and a work ethic like his! The room we had was lovely and of course every other staff member we came across was helpful and kind. The bed was cozy, the location was quiet, the room itself was spotless and the bathroom was incredible! But Stewart? Really, that kid needs a raise!

This hotel is beautiful. An amazing contemporary, yet quaint renovation on a historic building. The front desk staff and bellmen were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar stays open quite late, but only for hotel guests, which is a nice touch! I only have two complaints/ suggested area of improvement. 1. housekeeping was very loud in the hallways and slamming doors of the adjacent rooms repeatedly in the morning. There is no need to be making such a ruckus at 9:30 in the morning. 2. The restaurant stops serving breakfast at 11 am. People are at a hotel on a relaxing vacation and don't want to be bound by strict dining times, especially at a hotel like this. I couldn't get anything to eat at 11;30 am and that was frustrating. But past that I would absolutely return again and hope to try the spa next time!

So I attended this place last week for a charity gig and was escorted... that's not the right word is it?... I was shown? Aye, let's go with that. I was shown downstairs to a the function room of all function rooms. Paneled in dark wood, wooden flooring, two large rooms, healthy bar and classy vibe, this space felt like somewhere that was crafted to hold events, rather than just a space that was crowbarred in and left as blank as possible so as to appeal to as many 'function' opportunities as possible. The night itself (Glasgow Gentleman's Club in aid of prostate cancer) was a roaring success, however it must be said that the highlight for me was the free cocktail upon entry. Now I'd heard alot about the caliber of cocktails and mixologist working in the bar upstairs and have to say that the Whisky Sour served up to me upon entirely was... *searches for right wordage*... splendiforous! Will I be back to check out more of the cocktails on offer in the main bar? Well, if the wages allowed so, then YES!

I really want to be impressed by Blythswood Square when I eat there. This was my second experience, and nope, it hasn't happened yet. The Blythswood are absolutely bang on with their bartending and cocktail making skills, but for me, this does not carry on to the food side of the operation. There were 5 in our party, and going to a show at 730pm which with a 545pm booking gave us ample time. We ordered a main course only from the a la carte menu, as the pre theatre menu left us all blank. What on earth is a flat iron on a main menu? We asked a waiter and even he wasn't sure.... On on ordering out main course, the quietly spoken waitress informed us out meal would take 30 mins, and then ran off! Literally! We were left looking at one another with a 'did I hear that right?' Look on our faces. It's a good job that we are never stuck for conversation in my family as the main meal took 42 minutes!!! It was 655pm when we got our meal, I ordered the chicken, and to be honest I have had much better faire in a pub. It was so dry, totally overcooked, I ate it because I had been working all day and I was hungry! Ontop of that, I don't know what was happening in the kitchen but front of house were all stressed out, no one smiling, and we noticed another table putting their starters back. The duty manager ended up giving us 50% off the food bill and we had to rush our meal, and order a taxi. With a 5 star hotel, there should be no surprises I feel. They also to my knowledge haven't changed the menu in at least 2 years, as when I look over it, I am completely uninspired. I live in Glasgow, but my family were staying at the hotel on a visit. Yes to coffee and cocktail, fabulous, yes to amazing surroundings, but absolutely no to their restaurant.

Blythswood Square This is an opulent boutique hotel spread over 3 massive building on Blythwood Square. The entrance hall has full blood red velour alcoves as a waiting section.. wow.. it looked like something out of 'Vogue' or 'Wallpaper'. I will definitely try to come back and take more pictures. We were expected in the Cocktail Lounge for champagne (Moet) and hand baked crisps. The booths were seating 6 very easily. It is wide, white and it is - oh the words escape me - mmh - simply stunning. Very tasteful and yet over the top. Incredibly ostentatious and flamboyant, but somehow without being uncomfortable. Service was spot on and very attentive as one would expect. It is difficult to write about the decor and experience without getting all lyrical. So all that I will say is: visit it and you'll know.

Wowee! Spending an extended period of time here is one sure fire way to feel like a princess! I recently attended the Hansel & Gretel Scottish Ballet insider event held at Blythswood Square and was blown away by the sheer luxury of it all. Causal bottles of Moët at the reception desk, cocktails a-plenty, a quirky little cinema that you can hire and the luxurious spa...Is this some kind of heaven on earth!? Staff were really passionate about the hotel, the spa manager in particular, who enthusiastically told us about the spa treatments and their new skin care range. I think the spa would make for an amazingly relaxing day out as a treat and definitely something I'll consider in the future! (My complimentary hand and arm massage were off the relaxation scale!) As part of the event, we received afternoon tea which was lovely! A mixed variety of fresh sandwiches and cakes! (Although the macarons were deceptive. - They're more like meringues!) I'm not sure if I would pay the £22 for afternoon tea as it's a little pricey but the quality was great! Visually, it's stunning and a wonder to be in. - Very beautiful and ornate but with a fresh, modern feel. I loved the romantic velvet booths in the reception! Although, I haven't been to the spa or had an overnight stay in the hotel, I did enjoy the day of lavish surroundings! In short, whilst you'll pay for your slice of luxury with £9.95 cocktails(!), it's definitely somewhere I'd consider when I'm feeling like I want to be whisked away! So I'd better start saving my pennies for a spa day...

I was given a lovely Birthday gift of Champagne Afternoon Tea. The Staff were very welcoming my Guest had arrived before me and they escorted me to our table. We were given a refreshing glass of water much needed as I had walked up some steep hills to get there. We were offered our glass of Champagne and offered our food and a hot drink we gave our food order and declined to have the hot drink at present. My Friend does not like fish so declined to have the Tuna sandwich the waitress told her she would be given an alternative, only when we were served they mixed up the stands and she got the tuna sandwich. The sandwich fillings were quite meager and very uninspired, the best I could say about them was that they were adequate, there were two scones with butter and jam option I would have appreciated a little cream. There were five little cakes I had the Almond Tart and could not manage anymore. We had to ask several times for our hot drinks I asked for Earl Grey, but got Breakfast Tea, by this time I could not bother asking for an alternative. Our remaining cakes & scone were given to us in a box to take home, I am sad to say apart from the macaron I had to put the rest in the bin. We also decided to have a cocktail we asked for the menu and we received these fairly promptly, but then waited twenty minutes and two requests before our order was taken. We had a Mia Ti, and a Daiquiri they were both delicious a bit pricey at £10.00 each. I have visited the Blythswood Square several times before and this was the first time that I was disappointed

I have long since come to terms with the fact that, for better or worse, I will never be as much of a man as Don Draper. Take a step into the beautiful bar of the Blythswood Square Hotel though, and you can console yourself with the fact that whilst you may never be as much of a man as Don Draper, if he were to frequent a bar in Glasgow, this is where you would find him. Sitting at the bar, drinking an Old Fashioned. I went for the New York Sour, (I'm making a point of trying a whiskey sour in every bar in Glasgow) and whilst it wasn't the best I've had in the city, it was still an excellent cocktail. But the story doesn't end there, after a trivial amount of persuasion from my companion I decided to go for a dessert too. 'Jelly and Ice Cream,' I explained, 'is a classic British dessert. Strawberry Jelly with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.' 'That's all?' she said. ' Yeah.' I shrugged. Thankfully I was proven wrong. What I got was an apple jelly, vanilla ice cream, and the magic third ingredient of beetroot granita. It shouldn't work, but it was glorious, and I was happy to be proven wrong. (My companion had some equally unorthodox and equally delicious ingredients in her dessert, Valrhona Guanaja Chocolate Crème with Cocoa Soil, Pea Emulsion and Avocado Gelato) It's expensive sure, but reassuringly so. It is one of the best new bars to open in Glasgow in quite some time, it is grand without being patronising, and it makes you feel cool. I can't think of a better compliment. To quote Don Draper, 'You are the product, you feeling something, that's what sells.'

This is a spectacular hotel in three Georgian townhouses which once housed the Scottish Automobile Club. The architecture has been lovingly restored to a refined crispness and been enhanced by a tasteful, but with a touch of decadence, sensibility. The spa is lovely, and free to guests for a couple hours in the morning and the evening. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms maintain the attention to space and architecture of the rest of the building. Every single staff member made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help us enjoy Glasgow. Then why only four stars? Two reasons only: crap wifi and lack of temperature controls in the rooms. We visited in the hottest UK summer in years, and being restricted to a closed window and feather duvet made for some sweaty sleeping.

This place was absolutely marvelous! I can honestly say that the next time I need a hotel while I'm in Glasgow, this will be IT! I can also say that all my family and friends will be referred to this hotel. I had a fantastic experience there. The staff were incredibly attentive, and went out ofntheir way to help us every chance they got. The rooms were wonderful, the beds were comfortable and warm, and the bathrooms were equally as wonderful! Overall, there are no complaints about the entire stay there. The restaurant was fantastic, though busy on the weekends, so you must book! While staying at the hotel, we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffees, drinks, and desserts there. None of which came anywhere NEAR being disappointing. The Blythswood Square Hotel, and the bars and restaurant within, are amazing. Overall, GO THERE.

Treated myself to a Thermal Experience followed by a glass of bubbly and, for no good reason whatever, a prawn cocktail. The Thermal Experience was great, particularly the Tepidarium which if I have got the right one, was a heated lounger. Absolutely wonderful. Bubbly, prawn cocktail and a lovely lounge to relax in put the cherry on the top of the cake.

My wife and I "attempted" to access this hotel's bar yesterday evening but were informed by the hostess that we couldn't because "they were in between the lunch session", despite the fact that there were already guests sitting at the bar, and it was 4:30pm. We were asked to go upstairs if we wanted a drink, which we did, only to discover that the bar was empty except a group eating strong smelling fish and chips - not the kind of ambience we expected from a supposed 5 star Hotel. We left, and went to Malmaison - friendlier and more attentive staff!

Beautiful remodel on the old RAC building in a great setting. Nice details throughout the hotel. Staff are very friendly and professional. Concierge and front desk were especially good. Rooms are excellent, roomy and very clean, pretty much all you can ask for. Free continental breakfast - none to shabby. The minuses are small - TVs in room (at least mine) work intermittently; bar wait staff are SLOW it can be a wait, that seemed to be at any time of day no matter how quiet/busy; beer spilled by one wait staff all over my brother he got a hand towel and a new beer and that was that; stairs and lifts (watch for the service lift that only goes to odd floors) in the oddest of places not always easy to get where you want to be; room numbers don't always correlate to a floor (358 is not on the third floor for example); dining room for whatever reason only fits people in the back of the restaurant and not front; staff in bar areas and dining are hit/miss and many need to be trained or retrained; when you ask for coffee you get a personal urn which holds only one cup, painful when it takes 20 mins to get the next coffee and would make sense to get larger urns. As I say small and petty and easily corrected. I would recommend this property to anyone and would seek out in a return visit.

Excellent hotel in a quiet city centre square. Decor modern tending towards minimilistic. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed, particularly the bathroom. The lack of a decent view is a bit of a negative - we looked out onto an internal small courtyard. Very comfortable beds. Food was good but pricey if you go a la carte. Service was friendly and informal.

Service in the upstairs bar was fabulous by any female we interacted with. The one younger gent however who apparently was punished by being assigned our table was snooty, off putting and was clearly unable to be bothered to give us the time of day. We relocated ourselves downstairs to the restaurant where the service received from about 5 staff was lovely. However, we ordered various whiskeys off of the bar menu and we were told that they didn't have 6 of them. They were all very apologetic and offered delicious alternatives, but was nonetheless surprising that they didn't have the great majority of their listed whiskeys. The bar manager agreed by sharing the commentThey're on the menu... we should have them."

Nice, classic and elegant. Very modern and large rooms with huge bathrooms. It's a small apartment :) Confortable beds. Breakfast buffet is very small, you will need to order à la carte.

Although I've not been bowled over by the food I've had in here, the opulence of the hotel is hard to beat. I've always found the service to be of a very high standard and the staff nice and polite. By far my favourite part of the hotel however is the spa... such luxury!! The treatments, although quite pricey, are excellent. A visit here is really my ultimate treat!

This is a lovely hotel in a very good location, walking distance to places you'd want to go. The room is comfortable though not large. King sized bed. Very nice luxury bathroom. There is no view from most of the windows in this hotel. Our room faced on a little interior court so all you could see was the windows of the other rooms around the courtyard. There is a park across the street but its not spectacular to look at. Nice breakfast in a very pretty room.

This by far the best hotels I've stayed in. This hotel knows what it's doing. I stayed here at the tail end of a European vacation and wanted a hotel that was nice, comfortable and relaxing and at the blythswood I got that and more. The staff is top notch extremely warm, polite and extremely genuine. We found ourselves constantly wrapped in a conversation with them. The location is great everything is in walking distance or if you are too relaxed, a 3 minute cab ride. The rooms are, might I say, the epitome of the perfect hotel room. They have the warm Scottish touches with a modern touch and the softtest cashmere blanket i've ever touched, that I ordered one. The classic room is large and the beds are a remarkable and imposible to leave. The room comes with every amenity one might need and not even think of. A forty inch tv in each room plus surround sound and a iPod docking system to route through the surround sound. All in all this is the only hotel I would stay at in Glasgow!

Had a great time in Glasgow at this hotel, the entire hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff greeted us when we arrived and were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were great with flat screens, jacuzzi bath and marble shower, pure luxury....I would definitely stay here again, loved it!

Lovely hotel!! Rooms were very clean, had comfortable beds. We left some stuff behind in the safe accidentally and they were fantastic with helping us hold our items until we could return to pick them up. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Just back from The Blythswood Hotel Restaurant, and couldn't have asked for more. Got the 5pm deal, 3 courses for £20 including a bottle of wine to share. The 'Market Menu' changes fortnightly/monthly depending on produce, and when we went there were 3 starters, mains and desserts to choose from, I chose the crab mayonnaise with pickled beetroot & apple jelly, looked like something from Masterchef when it arrived and tasted delicious, my main of fillet of coley with asparagus mash and parmesan was also gorgeous, and the chocolate cheesecake with toasted marshmallows was huge. The wine was also lovely and the service was great, the waitress didn't hang around and was very helpful, refilled our drinks and took away plates when we were finished, and had a laugh with us about our empty plates and our limited knowledge of wines! I expected it to be quite formal and stuffy inside, but despite the extravagant decor it's actually quite relaxed and has good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend, couldn't fault it.

I've been 4 times so far and each time I've been excited and disappointed - I keep thinking it will get better! The service is ok, the food is ok (ish) but the cocktail bar is in a hallway and the restaurant lacks charm. I'm not going back it just doesn't match my idea of 5 star - my best buddy however loves it so each to his/her own

I only used the Spa so can't comment on the hotel itself. A true Spa set in luxurious setting. Well looked after from start to finish. Left feeling pampered and relaxed.

Awesome afternoon tea! I went there with my family for Tea and had a good time there. One must make a reservation for afternoon tea. We didn't reserve it weeks ahead in the good was delicious especially the scones. Staff was nice and they refilled our sandwiches. And of course, no jeans are allowed.
