Set on its own bit of coast, this luxury villa was a fabulous find. Glorious views of the ocean through large windows. Fabulous interior design and luxurious layout. The spa and sauna in Villa 5 was a special treat. |From sunrise to sunset it was hard to take your eyes off the view. We stayed cosy despite the fresh breezes of Tassie spring. |We’d brought our own provisions, as there’s no shops in Falmouth.|It’s close enough to visit St Helen’s and to Bicheno/Freycinet … but why leave that view!

Absolutely stunning in every way. We will be back and for longer. The property was everything it looked like and said it was and more. Booking and check in a breeze. I highly recommended this property to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay on your east coast road trip. See you again soon 👍👍👍

300% Epic!!! I'm all the villa's would be beautiful, but certainly no. 5 is stunning. Incredible location & amenities. Definitely recommend anytime, but especially for a special occasion. 👌🤩

Sensational getaway! 6 star villa, very reasonably priced and a perfect location to escape from the world. We stayed 4 nights and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived at our villa, it was one pleasant surprise after another. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping panorama of ocean and vast coastline visible from three sides of the villa. Saltwater Falmouth in Tasmania truly delivered on natural beauty.||We were warmly welcomed with a beautifully curated basket of of local chocolates - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The interior of the villa was nothing short of first class, with elegant furnishings and every comfort thoughtfully considered.||One of the unexpected highlights was having our own private hot tub, perfect for unwinding while taking in the serene surroundings. The landscaping around the property was equally impressive, creating a peaceful and private oasis that felt worlds away.||An unforgettable escape - highly recommend!!

We arrived at 3pm on 24 March 2025 for a 5 day stay. It was a very nice and sunny 22 degree C day . We were very pleased with the beautiful location and views, and the Villa itself is well appointed and roomy. Upon entering the Villa we found that it was uncomfortably hot, despite all of the windows being open. The large windows are North facing and all the sunlight shines in to the villa warming it up. We closed all the blinds and opened the front door in the hope that this would block out the sun and lower the temperature, however the ventilation is inadequate as there are only two opening windows in the living area. The villa also has a flat roof that probably is not very well insulated. There is an Air Conditioner that can be used if so desired, however this was not something that we wanted to do because it would defeat the purpose of our stay. We want to sit with the blinds open enjoying the silence and the views. To put things in perspective, it was nice and cool in the shade outside. There was a nice sea breeze blowing which would probably have required wearing a jumper after sitting there for 15 minutes. We immediately opted to forfeit 100% of our non refundable costs, phoned the owner/provider to inform them that we would not be requiring the accommodation any more and the reason why, and drove the 3 hours home instead.

We loved our stay at Saltwater. It was the perfect spot for us. The villa was beautiful. Everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lounge was very comfy. View was fantastic with only a few steps to the beach. 5 out of 5 for this stay. We are already planning a return visit.

Me and my partner stayed in villa 5 and absolutely loved it. The beautiful setting with private spa and sauna overlooking the ocean is the perfect romantic get away on the east coast of Tassie. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Euri. Rooms were clean, nicely furnished and looked like a brand new deck to enjoy a wine or beer on. Couldn’t recommend salt water enough and we are already looking forward to going back!
