This place has great potential, it could be so much more. I was impressed with the set up overall. I actually stopped there to get dinner, well I will say the everyone there was friendly, but to wait 1 hour for frozen foods that was heated up and can good food is a little over the top. My expectations were more from the the venue itself. Sadly I was not impressed. If you guys are ever in the market to become great, please feel free to contact me.

With immense potential, this place could easily exceed expectations. The overall setup left me impressed. Although the staff was friendly during my visit for dinner, the wait time of one hour for reheated frozen and canned food was excessive. I anticipated more from the venue itself, and unfortunately, it didn't leave a lasting impression. If you ever aspire to achieve greatness, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.

First time going on a Sat. afternoon before attending a concert and I was pleased with the atmosphere. Owner/Host was attentive and provided good customer service. We decided to try the wings/fries and they came out hot and tasty👍 Emerald City has potential and I plan on returning with family and friends because I enjoye my first visit to this spot.

Former strip club that becomes evident when you walk in. Didn't have food or drinks but still had a good time watching people box. Don't ask, don't tell definitely in affect here.

To much happens up there at that place! People's getting killed running car's into restaurant be careful when you go never no what's gonna happen

It was very enjoyable. This is my second trip and all is good. The drinks, the food and atmosphere. As much as I hate to put this out there. Them damn lemon pepper wings tho. MmmMmm good. The service alone was something to come back for.

The music was too LOUD!! Anytime you have to scream to talk to the person sitting next you ITS TOO LOUD. Still not sure if that was really chicken we were served due to taste ... might have been freezer burn. The owner cooked the food that night because the regular cook didn't show per wait server. They must do better. I am ALL for supporting the area I grew up in but you MUST give quality service regardless!!!

Attended a function at Emerald City on 2/5/17. It was 1::00Pm. The event was a black history program. I'm writing this review because my sister has utilized this establishment in the past for functions and we've ALWAYS been happy with the environment. Once at the locations, some of the tables weren't set up. The older guy made a show of having to do this, then he walked away without putting tablecloths on the tables The presentation of the food was horrible. There were plastic bags with loaves of bread. NO DINNER ROLLS. The fruit tray was a small tray that could have been purchased at Walmart. Same with the vegetable tray. $65 was paid for a pan of Mac and Cheese, it wasn't placed in a bowl or pan, just an industrial pot that was placed on the table.. There was no wait service, we had to walk to the bar to get sodas or water. Who pays $10.00 for a shot of Crown? I could go on, but it's not worth it. The previous Owner/Manager was more professional and knew the proper way of conducting business. I sure wish he was still there. One star because the chicken was good. A waste of $500.00.
