Wow, what a perfect experience! I came with a friend for a day of snowboarding. The entire staff was nice and welcoming. They welcomed us right away and helped us get our pre-ordered tickets and collect the equipment that was good enough for surfing. We only went in to surf, but there are many other attractions that are worth it for the family and children. I will definitely be back with the rest of the family.

BRING GLOVES!! So cool to be able to go skiing in Dubai when it’s summer outside. Pre book your visit to save time when you get there. I don’t think I saw any information that they don’t provide gloves…!! It says they provide needed equipment but for some “strange” reason they don’t provide gloves. Extra socks are included but not gloves.. But.. they are happy to sell you a pair of gloves in their shop (guess if prices are high or low) Perhaps a small thing but things like this makes me disappointed, better to rise the price a bit then having this kind of business idea, more honest in my opinion. The snow was actually good, of course not very long but it was fun anyway. The temperature between minus 2-5 degrees so the gloves are needed. The sit-lift was quite slow and there were a lot of starts and stops. They queue-system, or lack of a system was obvious. You sometimes need to be a bit “aggressive” because not all the guests know how a queue works. Fun thing to do and not very expensive.

Excellent experience, both instructors/trainers were very informative and educational. The penguins were playful and friendly. The trainers were mainly concerned with the penguins welfare not trying to force them into photos, the experience is intended on being a view and learn rather than physically interactive which allows the penguins to feel safe during the time. 2, 6x4 photos included in the base package as there were two of us. Professional photographer on site. Great facilities, simple and quick process getting in and out. The penguins are very well looked after and have been successfully breeding for many years, with the trainers treating them like their own kids, they consider them their children and it shows.

My son loved it! Great experience. We spent 6 hours here. Could do with more heat lamps in the cafe area though, it does get quite cold when watching others ski. Bring your own warm socks and head gear / beanie. The socks provided are very thin and no head wear is provided. Food selection could be better but overall a great experience

Ski Dubai is truly an incredible experience! The moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve entered a winter wonderland right in the heart of Dubai. The facilities are very well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the activities are perfect for both beginners and experienced skiers. From skiing and snowboarding to playing in the snow and meeting the penguins, everything is well organized and fun for families and friends. A unique and refreshing escape from the heat highly recommended for everyone. 🏂❄️⛄️

Ski Dubai is one of the largest indoor snow parks in the world. They maintain the temperature to 2°C - 5 °C, so they provide all what you need to stay warm like a suit, helmet, gloves, boots. There are different areas which you can see people enjoy snow slopes, snow boards, ziplines, snow cinema, cable chairlifts to the mountain... etc. Specially penguin encounter is one of the best. We really enjoyed our time spent playing with snow. Friendly staff. Very methodical. Overall a very lively place to remember.

Ski Dubai was truly one of the best experiences of my life. Stepping into a real winter wonderland in the middle of Dubai felt unreal. The snow, the activities, the atmosphere, and the organization were all absolutely amazing. Everything was well-managed, fun, and safe, making the whole experience unforgettable. I would honestly do it again without hesitation and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a unique and exciting adventure
