Little neighborhood gem, must sit at the bar/counter. Great lunch specials.

First time coming to the restaurant, recommended by a friend. Very nice authentic ambiance with many Japanese customers seating around the chefs. We are party of 4 went to the first floor with private room. Many servers greeted us, the one who served us was very kind, professional, attentive! Food was great with many choices also the beverages. All the dishes we ordered were tasty. When we were leaving, the owner came to thank us in person, very kind. We will be back.

Friendly chef & staff. Food so good. Right proportion. Decent price. Nagasaki chanpon super rich & delicious (must try). Fresh air (no smoke).

If you like Japanese restaurant with fancy decoration, perfect service and well presented dishes, you may not like this place. If you want to find something authentic, something reminds you the vibe in Japan, this is the place. Came here twice. One for lunch with simple but tasty set lunch (150k) with beef, fried rice, coffee. One time for dinner with variety of food. Everything is really good, especially sashimi. The price is not cheap but worth for the taste and freshness of food here. Will comeback for sure.

The katsu curry set is absolutely amazing, with a charming setup, truly one of the best around🙏

If you wonder or miss Japan, this is the place for you. The owner is a gentle man who pays serious attention to detail. The food and drink are perfection. The tv is local Japanese tv, the ambiance, the vibe, this is what you look for. So whether you’re just curious about Japan or you miss the place that awoke your senses: give this place a try.

Simple yet well-prepered japanese food, very close to what you would find in Japan. Extensive menu ranges from the usual Sashimi to curries, fried fish and udon. Staff are friendly and professional, and proprietor is japanese. A testament to its authenticity is that many of its customers are Japanese, and this has quickly become one of our regular haunts, great for taking out of town visitors to and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Solid Japanese izakaya. Tasty main dishes (their curry dishes are lighter than the usual tonkatsy curries I am used to), draught Sapporo beer and friendly vibes. Unfortunately, like many Japanese establishments in Ho Chi Minh City, smoking is allowed inside.

Went there for lunch with my mum. The reasons for 3 stars are the miso was too salty while other foods were just ok, the service was slightly better than other average restaurants in Vietnam but as the owner is Japanese, I expected better service, the English menu was just a romanisation of the Japanese menu, if someone doesn't know don is rice or buta is pork then they can't order, and the chopsticks were the one-of-non- reusable ones (with that price, I want to use real chopsticks).
