Zucchini flowers were nice and light! The cacio e pepe was our favourite. The malfadine prawn pasta was surprisingly sweeter than expected but still delicious. The hazelnut tiramisu was very creamy and rich.

3 words Overrated, mediocre, aesthetic Starting off with the positives; is the atmosphere. The music and decor gives pff a fine dining feel and the sauce is probably the only notable part of the dishes. And the servers were polite. And thats where the positives end. The pasta was not al dente and when we sent it back, it was the exact same just with a warmed up sauce and sprinkled parmesan to mimic the image that it was recooked. This experience should not have been had considering the price paid for. The pasta was still slightly hard in the inside as if not cooked through. Im no pasta enthusiast so perhaps thats how its supposed to be. The menu is very limited and has cryptic names that is makes the food sound fancy and confusing. Looked on their instagram for clarity to find that they only posted their most expensive item and nothing else which is funny because they only have around 6 choices in total. The server was helpful with that. Ive had better, cheaper and larger portions elsewhere. Do not recommend.

The menu has been updated. I originally wanted to eat octopus, but it's no longer available. It's not a big problem. Shrimp pasta is very delicious, decorated with vanilla green oil. Tiramisu comes first, with crispy chips on the bottom and a rich taste. The service attitude is particularly good. If there are any shortcomings, the seat design is unreasonable and can only be sat sideways. Pasta is a bit salty.

Visited Fabbrica for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. We were a party of two and came here on a Saturday afternoon, we were seated right away (walk-ins accepted). Ordered theee dishes - Zucchini Flowers, Mafaldine and Cacio e Pepe. Zucchini flowers were scrumptious and a great starter choice - The outer was crispy and sweet with the hot honey drizzle. The mozzarella and ricotta filling was a combination of bursting flavours I would’ve never thought would work with the tanghulu-like crispy outer. The winning dish for me would he the Mafaldine - The spicy nduja sauce tied everything together and the prawns were cooked to perfection - Super juicy and tender. The mafaldine was al-dente, and now also my favourite kind of pasta! Unfortunately the Cacio e Pepe wasn’t a favourite due to the simplicity of it, however I understand the complexity of making this dish and it’s hard to get it right! The flavour ok to me however we favour the other pasta dish more. Overall a lovely experience, the man who greeted us initially was friendly, very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Came here for dinner and the food was quite underwhelming, overhyped imo. The seating was also restricting but the waiter was nice. - The burrata was quite tasteless ⭐️ - Mafaldine, prawns, nduja was good, the pasta texture was nice and chewy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Semolina Casarecce, pork ragu bianco was gamy and the flavours didn’t quite come together properly, couldn’t finish it after two bites (not pictured) ⭐️ - the leaf salad was also mid, very sour (not pictured)⭐️ - tiramisu was the highlight - there were hazelnut crunchy pieces which complimented the cake really well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time we went the food was pretty bland. Gave it a second try as we had an Uber Eats Dine Out deal and honestly it was pretty good. I would definitely go back again. I’d say the dishes were all pretty good. The Cacio Pepe was the stand out. Staff were wonderful and welcoming. A highlight. Prices are definitely on the higher side for what you get, but that seems to be the norm for Italian food anywhere.

Had an amazing experience at Fabbrica Pasta Shop & Bar. Every dish was full of flavor and perfectly done, and the atmosphere was just lovely. The tiramisu was spot on, well balanced and absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Beth, Ebba, and Camille for making our visit even better. Their kindness, professionalism, and great explanations really stood out. My friends and I truly enjoyed the vibes and the whole experience, definitely a place we’d love to visit again!

Was craving some pasta and this is definitely one of my top spots now! There was quite a selection of pasta and sides to choose from. And honestly, my favourite food would have to be the sourdough bread with salted butter😅 The atmosphere was also so vibey and chill, the tiny lamps at each table definitely make the space of the courtyard so warm and homey😊
