"Service by sommeliers For serious wine enthusiasts, this is the closed-door dining experience of choice. On Wednesday through Saturday at at Casa Coupage, a pair of sommeliers serve a seasonal tasting menu with wine pairings to nine tables inside their elegant Palermo apartment. In this intimate environment, dinner doubles as an informal wine course - the sommelier talks you through everything you taste, discussing the grape, terroir and winemaker, answering your questions, even helping you choose a few bottles to take home with you."

I keep returning to this beautiful place. Delicious food, cosy atmosphere and an amazing staff. Menu is changed regularly!. Try the tree steps menu (in La Bumon) you will love it. Ask for help to the sommelier if needed (choosing the wine). It's definitely a Must Do in BA.

My partner and I ate at this amazing restaurant three years ago at a different location and were blown away by one of the best dining experiences ever. We returned not expecting the experience to be able to match the memory of our previous but were blown away a second time. We were led through a "sister" restaurant (La bumón) into a generous private dining room that seated only 10 guests for an amazing 8 course degustation with 7 wine pairings (not including a superb rabbit pâté appetiser). The sommelier, clearly passionate about his craft, was incredibly attentive and in excellent English discussed at length the qualities of the generous portions of wines he was serving and encouraged us to compare 2 or 3 different pairings with each course. The food courses served were close to faultless, carefully thought out and drawn together with a recurring grapefruit theme. The presentation was meticulous and the price very moderate. A unique and wonderful dining experience!

Fixed menu private restaurant was one of the best meals in BA. Every item on the menu that we tried was incredible wind pairings were significant and spectacular. This is a must try if you are in BA.

El menú no es muy variado pero es excelente. Platos de autor que vale la pena probar. Las entradas son pequeñas pero los principales son abundantes así que compensa. Los postres también muy originales. Hay sólo 7 mesas así que se recomienda reservar. Las mesas amplias y bien separadas permiten conversar y dan intimidad. No es barato pero vale la pena probar el menú. Lo recomiendo.
