Love the ambiance & a the different classes offered. I did chill af flow with Sara & dojo flow w Adrian- absolutely packed- I have to imagine there were 30 people in the room (it’s big but, no space left unused)- but it was a super good flow in the sense of a good workout if you want it, balance, and play. They lock the door at start time, so I did miss one of my booked classes because I walked up right on time

I love this studio! The space is beautifully curated and welcoming. The classes are excellent; the instructors are top notch and they offer a variety of styles for everyone. I’d highly recommend it for first-time and seasoned yogis alike.

I love this place! The decor is so warm and inviting and truly feels like a safe space. I took a Vin/Yin class with Corey and it was the perfect mix of active movement and then relaxed poses. She offered lots of modifications throughout the class and made it feel like a nonjudgemental and body positive place. I can’t wait to come back!

I was visiting from out of town, and I loved how easy it was to book a class. It's a bright, clean studio and smells like cedar when you walk in. They've put time into all the details (music, lighting, decor) to make the classes more immersive and relaxing. They don't shy away from the spiritualistic rituals of yoga (chanting om, waking from savasana with bells), which I enjoyed. The teacher was easy to follow and had helpful tips to deepen poses. The transitions were slower paced in the all-levels class, but there was plenty of room to challenge yourself. Larger class of 10-12 people. I will return next time I'm in town. Thank you!

Just started my 1-month trial and WOW! This place is amazing. Very clean, warm & welcoming facilities. Teachers are top tier as well! I feel amazing every time I walk out of this building! Highly recommend

A life long friend is an instructor at this studio, which promoted me to book a class. I was so incredibly blown away by my first visit that I took advantage of their introductory/new student offer allowing unlimited classes for 30 days at an affordable, one time price. My introductory month was SUCH a treat. Sadly, I live about 30 miles (one way) from the studio & wish I lived closer so that I could take full advantage of their monthly subscription. I’ve been practicing alone with minimal instruction since 2017. At the Dojo, I learned more in my small amount of visits than I have learned on my own since practicing (valid proof that a yoga community is necessary to grow in your practice). I was even able to share space at the Dojo with my daughters & husband who visited the studio as well. The space is so inviting, cozy & clean. Every instructor I took a class with gave excellent queues with love notes to the heart & mind. If we lived closer to the studio, I would lock in for life!! Looking forward to future drop in classes as much as I am able to. Thank you Yoga Dojo for offering such an amazing space to practice & grow.

I am so grateful to have found the Yoga Dojo I have found tremendous healing from PTSD and trauma with the variety and blend of classes. I also had a 1 on 1 trauma informed yoga practice with Lauren that was super therapeutic for my daughter and myself. Corey is one of my favorite instructors!!! I love her flow and instructions. I have found the restorative yin class to be one of my favorite classes. The deep and long stretches have really opened up my hips and legs which seem to have been the hardest to unlock!! Brought 2 friends and they are hooked too! Oh and of purse the studio is breathtaking!

I practiced a few times at the Yoga Dojo when it was located in Scotts Addition, and although the space had a warm, cozy feel to it, there was definitely a cult-following which made it more intimidating to visit. This new location has a more open, airy, modernized, and inviting feel to it! It has been "west-end"erized. The design inside is beautiful and bright, with male, female, and gender-neutral locker rooms. I did not use the showers, but they are beautifully designed, and separate from the bathroom, so no waiting! There is still only one yoga room, but it is large and spacious with plenty of wall space if you are practicing inversions. The Dojo Flow class was completely full, with ~40 people of all different skill levels. I truly felt less out of place with the mix of clientele at this location, which makes me want to visit again! Adrienne was a very chill and easy-going instructor with this class and gave plenty of variations to the asanas to reach different levels of intensity.

Love this spot. If it was closer to me I would be here everyday, but for now go once a week. Great and knowledgeable instructors that have an incredible amount of skill and knowledge and just as much positive energy no judgments, just positive and raw love for yoga.
