We had a wonderful time at this b&b. Fenella and Mark were friendly and so helpful. The train from Carbis Bay to St Ives was quick and easy. We stayed during fabulous weather so everywhere was busy. It was lovely to come back each day to a peaceful area. Breakfast was great and I cannot fault our stay in any way. We would highly recommend staying.

We were in Carbis Bay for a wedding and stayed at Headland house B&B for 3 nights.|We were met by Fenella when we arrived and were made to feel so very welcome straight away.|The room we stayed in was Sennen. Very comfortable and beautiful views from the bay window.|Breakfast was amazing. Absolutely spoilt for choice and hot food made to order |The train station is about 100 metres away and the coastal walk into St Ives is close by.|The beach is beautiful too.|We left early on the last day and we were treated to a packed breakfast.|The hosts really have your comfort and interests at heart. |We will be back for sure.

We stayed here for 3 nights last week before heading over to Falmouth to stay with friends, What a beautiful peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of St Ives but close enough to dip your toes in as much as you wish. ||On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome from Mark who showed us around before taking us to our room. We stayed in the Heligan room which was stunning & had its own private garden. Breakfast was served by Fenella who couldn’t do enough for you. They offer a good amount of breakfast options which were all yummy. My advice would be to look no further & get booking, we will definitely be returning. ||Thank you both for a perfect stay.

Excellent all round. Highly recommended. I don’t think you’ll be at all disappointed if you’re lucky enough to stay at Headlands House. It’s well positioned for the station (5 minute trip into St Ives) and has a beautiful view over Carbis Bay.|Mark and Fenella are the perfect hosts and are very friendly and helpful all round with anything you ask of them. Our room was very nice indeed (loved the extra touches at Headlands, like cake or scones being left in our room each day with some milk ( in the fridge) and cold water too.|Breakfast each day was outstanding - excellent choices all round, cooked to perfection. There’s an Honesty Bar for night time, and ample comfortable seating outside.|Would we stay here again? Yes….without any shadow of doubt.

We have just returned from 3 nights stay and all.we can say is that the reviews are spot on. The hosts Mark and Fenella are so lovely, you find cake in your room, the breakfast choice is amazing. Beautiful room we stayed in the Boathouse which is just stunning.Nothing is too much trouble and the service and attention you receive is second to none. We have stayed in the larger hotels in St Ives and Carbis but they do not touch this hotel. Highly recommend just a beautiful stay for my husbands birthday and our anniversary. Will definitely be returning.

Fenella and Mark are amazing hosts! Very insightful to the local area and incredibly helpful. Rooms are tidy and well thought out. Easy access to the train at Carbis Bay which takes you straight into St Ives. Helping avoid the hassle of driving in as there is also parking provided at the B&B. Breakfast was really good and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back

This was our second visit and we hope to stay again at this beautiful boutique b&b. You’re made to feel so welcome and the little touches, free parking and fresh cakes every day, really reflect the care that is put into your stay. Breakfast is also a highlight, it’s consistently good and well cooked with lots of choice. We enjoy walking and it’s so close to the coast path for long leisurely walks or heading into St Ives. Carbis Bay station is a few minutes down the hill so you can get the train into St Ives if you don’t fancy walking. We also got the bus to Penzance from the top of the hill, all in all it’s a great location and good to stay in a quieter area than St Ives itself. Last year we stayed in the Carbis Bay Hotel and would far rather stay here for superior service and comfort.

Headland House is the perfect stay. Close to Carbis Bay beach, a train that takes you directly to St Ives and local quality restaurants. They accommodated my partners dietary request (coeliac) perfectly and the breakfast was incredible! Cakes, water and milks provided in rooms everyday and welcome Prosecco. Rooms were quiet and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone. Mark and Fenella gave great recommendations for days out, memories made we will never forget!
