Pâtisserie ease

The financier and canelé were absolutely delicious! Perfectly crunchy on the outside, yet soft and full of flavour on the inside. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try. The staff were friendly and attentive as well. I initially chose the cheesecake, but they kindly informed me that it was made with blue cheese, so I decided to go with the tiramisu instead. I really appreciated that they also checked whether I was okay with the tiramisu containing alcohol with google translate. Great service and wonderful pastries!

A very decent patisserie in Nihombashi area. The patisserie has an open kitchen and serves dine-in with 8 seats bar table. I ordered the month special which is Mille-feuille with assorted grapes and warm vanilla cream on top. It was so so delicious. The cream in between Mille-feuille was not too sweet, it echoed the savory and crispy layers . The price of the bakery / patisserie is high but the quality is also the top notch. It is a place that the dessert fans must visit.

I would recommend enjoying the freshly prepared specialties on the spot rather than ordering the cake to go. Yes, it’s not cheap—it’s expensive. But it’s a unique experience! Freshly prepared Montblanc—simply great!

Great staff helping us to know more about the cake! Pudding has strong egg smell (in a good way)dense enough to hold a scoop of ice cream on top! The caramel taste and texture were great! Perfect match 😋

Although the interior is nicely decorated, I’m not sure why the desserts are priced so high.

Cake shop. Can dine-in as well. Limited seating on the bench table. About 8 seats along the bench. Wait to be seated. Then order the cake and drink at the counter, and pay. If you dine-in they will ask you to order 1 cake and 1 drink for each person. We spent about 25 mins here. Very popular with women. Mostly women customers when we were there. We spent around JPY3,800 for 2 cakes and 2 teas

ももTart is sooooooo good! Other than the super juicy peach itself, inside the tart is actually a crème brûlée sauce mixed with passion fruit jam and some diced peaches. It is definitely worth queuing up for 40 minutes to get this tart🍑

The food is good, coffee and tea also great but the overall communication and hospitality of the staff was very weird. I think it was my weirdest experience in Tokyo.
