Rockhouse Restaurant

Dinner here is spectacular! Jerome was informative and attentive! The vegetarian pepper pot soup was delicious, and the coconut snapper with escabeche was the best I've ever had. Finished the meal with chocolate mousse cake and blue mountain coffee that was a perfect ending!

We made our reservation over the phone, and Danielle was incredibly helpful. When we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, she warmly recommended the point table — and we’re so glad she did. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and love by everyone we met. All the staff on the premises were exceptionally professional — from the gentleman who helped us park the car to the welcoming team at the entrance of the restaurant. Every interaction made us feel genuinely cared for. As we were led to our table, we were both completely taken aback by the breathtaking view: the golden sun setting over the sea, casting a magical glow across the clifftop. Our table sat right at the edge, overlooking the bluest waters and the gentle rhythm of the waves below — it felt like something out of a dream. Dermaine, our waiter, made the evening even more special. His service was outstanding — warm, professional, and thoughtful. He guided us through the menu and even took some beautiful photos of us that we’ll treasure. The food was absolutely delicious — we even asked for seconds of the pepper pot soup (it was that good!). The cocktails were fantastic, and I especially loved the refreshing pineapple and ginger local juice. It was a truly unforgettable evening. We’ll definitely be going back. I forgot to add we were given a complimentary slice of cake with the words Happy Anniversary

Dermaine was an excellent server. He checked on us frequently. The other wait staff were friendly and pleasant and also checked on us occasionally. I deducted one star only because there was only one vegan option on the menu...it was delicious however!

Venroy and Jerome were fantastic. The restaurant staff and the chef were every attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our dining was enjoyable. We had gluten, shellfish and dairy allergies which were all perfectly accommodated and our meals were very tasty! I can't wait to visit again!

We had our first dinner at the Rockhouse restaurant and tried the roasted salmon & the surf surf surf which were absolutely delicious! On top of that we had an excellent and welcoming service from Dermaine and the rest of the staff.

We had such a wonderful time at The Rockhouse . The view alone is absolutely breathtaking — one of those spots where you can just sit back, relax, and take it all in. The food was outstanding as well: fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we tried was a hit. A special shout-out to our waiter, Venroy. He was incredible from start to finish — warm, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and made us feel truly taken care of the entire evening. His service elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, a stunning view, and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!

Rockhouse is simply breathtaking. The most memorable restaurant in Negril, Jamaica. The walkway is coblestone, the place is heavy with security, the open air seating is nice and islandy, and absolutely oustanding views. The interior design is incredible. The mood is romantic, the scene is fun. You have a piece of heaven on earth. And the menu is exploratory. Try the fresh juices, the foodie appetizers, the well presented entrees. Delicious!!! A culinary treat on a cliff in Jamaica. Easily 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
