Ein unvergesslicher Abend! Wir haben den vegetarischen Kochkurs mit Freunden besucht und waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Der Ablauf war perfekt organisiert, die Atmosphäre entspannt – und die kulinarische Umsetzung schlichtweg auf unfassbar hohem Niveau. Wir sind extra aus Düsseldorf angereist, weil wir den Stil und die Kreativität des Küchenchefs noch aus dem Phoenix kannten – und wurden kein bisschen enttäuscht. Wo sonst bekommt man die Chance, in so lockerer Umgebung von einem Sternekoch zu lernen? Klare Empfehlung – fünf Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und haben schon eine weiteren Abend geplant. Danke Philipp!
