Il porto di Pantelleria si trova in centro. Di estate si possono noleggiare barche e gommoni con le quali fare un giro dell'isola.

Il porto Vecchio è bello,si trova al centro del paese, pochi posti barca e poco protetto per forte risacca con maestrale e Levante. Il porto nuovo è decentrato, ben protetto con numerosi posti, ma sporco e polveroso.
