Very interesting concept with great atmosphere! One of the best and memorable experience I have in Seoul. Food is great but not mind-blowing but still very enjoyable. Props to all the staffs who made the experience really fun. I'd highly recommend their alcohol pairing course as well!

Such a unique Chinese omakase in Hongdae – Mong Jungsik (몽중식)! This season’s theme was Love Actually, and the whole restaurant was already filled with cozy Christmas vibes and romantic music. 🎄 Each course came with a short storytelling, so it really felt like watching a movie while dining. We had the lunch course: sweet shrimp & amberjack ceviche, scallion spring roll, scallop tomato stew, apple yuringi, mala bisque knife-cut noodles, and Earl Grey pudding. Every dish was well-balanced, fresh, and beautifully plated. Especially the mala bisque noodles — creamy, rich, slightly spicy, just perfect. Highly recommend for a date or special occasion in Hongdae. Can’t wait to visit again for the next theme! 🌹 홍대에 있는 이색 중식 오마카세 ‘몽중식’후기입니다 현재 테마는 러브 액츄얼리로, 식당 안이 벌써 크리스마스 분위기로 가득했어요. 영화 음악이 흐르고, 코스마다 짧은 스토리텔링이 이어져서 식사하면서 진짜 영화 한 편 보는 기분이었어요. 런치 코스로 단새우·방어세비체·새우부추춘권, 홍가리비 토마토스튜, 애플유린기, 마라비스크도삭면, 얼그레이푸딩을 먹었는데 분위기 좋고, 데이트나 특별한 날에 딱 어울리는 곳이에요. 테마가 두 달마다 바뀐다니 다음 시즌에도 꼭 가보고 싶어요. 🌹

두달마다 영화나 드라마 스토리바뀌면서 테마도 바뀌는것도 좋고 러브액츄얼리 테마 연말이랑 너무 잘어울려요 코스요리 가격도 너무 착하고 요리마다 어울리는 음료 고량주 페어링도 좋아요!‘ 음식도 깔끔하게 맛나고 영화음악 스토리 들으면서 먹으니까 더 맛있었어요!!

예전부터 너무 가고싶던 몽중식 이번에 다녀왔습니다. 이번 테마는 러브액츄얼리 !! 테마에 딱 맞는 요리와 그와 페이링 되는 주류까지 너무 재미지고 맛있었습니다. 독보적인 콘셉트는 비교할 대상이 없을 정도 200% 만족스러웠고, 내년에 6테마 모두 완주하고 싶네요.

영화덕후 드디어 연남동맛집 몽중식에 왔습니다^^ 전부터 궁금했던 곳인데 시간이 맞아 여자친구랑 오게 되었네요:) 연말 느낌 가득한 러브 액츄얼리 테마가 진행된다고 예약했는데, 인테리어부터 스토리텔링까지 영화 속으로 들어온 기분이라 너무 행복한 시간이었어요👍 음식은 말해뭐합니까 페어링부터 플레이팅까지 갓벽하게 중식 즐겼습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 연말연시 모임이나 데이트 장소로 특별한 곳 몽중식 적극 추천드려요!!!!

특별하게 다녀오기 좋은 몽중식 두달에 한번 바뀌는 컨셉이 너무 재미있고 다음도 너무 기대되는거 같아요! 스토리를 들으며 먹은 음식이 너무 좋았고 스토리텔러분이 잘 설명해주셔서 재미있는 시간이었습니다❤️ 다음에 또 방문할게용!
