Bedore's Food Market

Currently live close by. Me and my housemates as well as our neighbours make regular trips there. They’re a small store but pack alot inside to provide a decent selection. Their prices are reasonable for a convenient store. They are on par or cheaper than metro for most items. Owners are very friendly and they are open late until 11pm.

I don't get why the owner doesn't put the prices on the items at the shelf. You only find out about the price once you're in the cashier. Its a good spot for like 2 items, but not a whole grocery shopping.. I learned that the hard way

really over priced and I've had a few issues! I bought milk stright from the cooler and it was rotton way earlier then it should have been. Also my friend accidentally typed the wrong pin when makipng a purchase with debit card and he charged him for the mistake! I don't know if that's a normal thing but certainly not very customer or student friendly. Too bad since it is so close and the store really has potential!

bought one liter of unico sunflower oil and its 7.99 dollars....and bought a carrot cake flavour Oreo from there(expire under a month), got me upsetting stomach.

i used to go to this store with my Grandpa back in the mid 70's... cant believe it is still around. so much nostalgia...

Terrible prices, charged $6 for a box of betty crocker cake mix??

Walked quite far to get to this place because according to online information they were going to be open until 11 pm and ur was just getting to be 10pm however it was closed when I arrived

Watch what they charge you, they over charge all the time to kids (and Queen's students) Just go to Campus One Stop, its a block away and they don't rip people off.
