Pho was just average in my opinion. 45k/bowl. Popular with locals though. So popular that the waitress has no time to clean so it's also quite dirty. Floor was wet and littered with tissues.

This is the best Chicken Pho (Vietnamese noodle) in Hanoi, I think. You should try this place every time near here. Serve breakfast only.
