Heard a lot about this place from multiple parties. Had a family dinner here with a bunch of relatives, sat in the private room that had its own private bathroom as well. There's a pretty steep minimum spending per person at the restaurant. Service was great and the servers were very tentative. Every dish was brought to the table first to allow for a chance of a picture before it was served.
Singaporean food with a twist, a bit of a fusion style influence. The fried fish, one of the best compared to other restaurants. The entire fish was fried evenly and not a single nook and cranny was missed. The skin was crispy and crunches with every bite. It was lightly seasoned and still had a mild fish taste. The shrimp udon was memorable, the broth was strong and full of flavour. The soup was the soul and the shrimp was a sidekick for the udon which were cooked just right and still had a bit of chew to it. The food wasn't as amazing as people had said, possibly expectations were set too high prior to the meal.
Overall, probably not coming back unless there's another family dinner.
