A great place to spend one or a few nights. Very good location, near the Metro station. Capsule was bigger than i expected. Everything was clean, comfortable and prepared. Towels, small breakfast, toiletries are included. There is cozy common area to take rest. I only had one problem - I was not sent the building's access code. I had to call the emergency contact few times and my problem was solved.

The door lock is TERRIBLE. It was changed 4 times by the owner, and capsule lock was also changed 2 times. It is an elderly building, which was pretty cold, but then again in my 4 day visit it is only abou6-8 degrees in Denmark. So all in all a good stay for price with bfast, at a budget hotel. Jb.

Great location- close to parks and the Metro. Breakfast was good. Very clean, helpful and professional staff. Room was a good size and everything was included- towels, breakfast, a locker (bring your own lock), toiletries, common area was cute. Not noisy at all. Felt safe.

I stayed in one of the capsule pods and unfortunately had a serious safety issue on arrival. When I arrived, I had not been sent the entry code for the building, meaning I was completely locked out. I attempted to call the emergency contact number several times, but it did not work. The only reason I was able to enter the building was because someone happened to walk by and let me in. This is extremely concerning from a safety perspective — both for guests who may arrive late or in an emergency, and also for situations where someone inside the building may need urgent support and cannot reach staff. Reliable access and a functioning emergency line are essential for guest safety. I also want to note that this is not the first review I have seen mentioning this issue. The standard response seems to be that it was a “rare” occasion or the phone line was temporarily down, but based on other guests’ experiences, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. This should be taken seriously and properly addressed. The pod itself was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here until the access and emergency systems are made reliable.

Clean and convenient capsule hotel just a short walk from the central station. This was my first time staying in shared accommodation, so I can’t compare it to others, but overall, I had a pleasant stay. Check-in is self-service at a computer by the entrance, and each guest receives a unique code for both the main door and their capsule bed, which felt secure. Lockers are available, but you’ll need to bring your own lock. My room was small, with just four capsule beds, and it was right next to the main door. Because of this, I could hear whenever people came in and out at night, the door is quite heavy. I stayed in a lower bunk and could also hear movement from the bed above me. Other than that, it was generally quiet. The capsule itself was comfortable but quite narrow, you can turn, but not with much room. I knocked my hand when I turned in my sleep. The capsule comes with USB-C and USB power outlets conveniently located at the bed. Shared toilets are very clean, and bed cleaning isn’t provided during your stay. Towels are hung next to your bed and not changed daily, but you can request a clean one from the staff if you need it. Breakfast was simple, healthy, and served daily — the same items each day, but I didn’t mind. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant

The Capsule Hotel was generally a good experience. The bed was comfy, and it was nice to have a hostel-like experience with some added privacy. However there were some issues. There’s not a lot of info online. For example: when I asked the chat bot if the lockers described in the hotel’s landing page could fit standard luggage, I was told yes. This is not the case. The lockers only fit carry-on sized luggage. You also need to provide your own lock for the locker. The capsule, while cozy, does not insulate sound. So every time someone opens the door (which automatically slams shut) you hear it. The same for slamming shut the doors of the pods (which you have to do because there’s no way to close them otherwise). They do provide earplugs, but the slamming shakes the beds. The whole place is pretty tiny. There are only two showers and two bathroom stalls for the guests to share. There’s also some ventilation issues in the shower, as mold is already growing on the ceiling (the hotel opened three months prior to my stay). The other guests were lovely, as were the hosts. The free breakfast was another lovely surprise. The location is great, and, honestly, the price is right.

Fantastisch capsule! I went here with my mum, and she was skeptical at first, but after one night she was sold! Such a lovely place, it’s clean, cozy, great but simple breakfast, comfortable. As two women travelling together we felt truly at home. The bikes are also very affordable for renting. About 20 euro and you can use them all day!!! Make sure to book it before 13:00. Because the receptionist will leave around that time.
