Such a magnificent, historic home - beautifully renovated. Located on a grand street in a residential area with ample parking. I appreciated that both the common spaces and my room were beautiful. The Millard Fillmore room, where I stayed, had a heated floor in the lovely bathroom. The continental breakfast featured house made granola and warm and tasty scones. This is the place to stay in Buffalo. I can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at the InnBuffalo. There’s so much to see within the Inn itself - beautiful and interesting architecture, and so much history. Really loved the multiple common areas to hang outside our room. And we really appreciated the unexpected amenities, like the commissary kitchen. All the staff were lovely and helpful. It’s also located in a very walkable neighborhood and near many restaurants, the AKG museum, etc. We will definitely return for another visit.

My partner and I recently stayed at InnBuffalo for our anniversary and a Valentine's Day celebration. We travel a lot, so I wanted to stay at a different hotel and saw the InnBuffalo and thought it would be way cooler than staying at a regular hotel. Boy, that was an understatement!! First of all, the building is absolutely gorgeous. It's very clear it's been well cared for and well maintained, and it's just beyond stunning. Our room was so much bigger and beautiful than we expected too! We walked into the room with fresh roses, a bottle of champagne, and a sweet note from the staff celebrating our anniversary which was such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. The room also included plush terry cloth robes, slippers, a mini fridge, a carafe of water, a large tv with several channel options (including streaming services), and an individual heating/cooling unit. What I thought was especially wonderful, was that even though the room and the hotel was in pristine vintage Victorian condition, the bathroom was modern and extremely functional. A large shower with 2 shower heads, a large sink, and just plenty of room in general. In addition to all the beautiful amenities just in our room alone, we were also blown away but what the rest of the hotel had to offer! There were fresh lemon and blueberry scones available daily, among several other beverages and snacks we could help ourselves to. The basement had a wonderfully cozy room with a pool table, chess set, and full bar we could also help ourselves to. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs, yogurt and freshly cut fruit in adorable individual mason jars, fruits, bagels/toast, and even an nespresso machine! But our favorite part of breakfast was getting to see the very sweet, well behaved and adorably plump black lab! She loved belly rubs and just wanted to keep you company as you enjoyed your breakfast! The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was extremely easy to find and a very short walk away from Elmwood street which was a super cute and chic little neighborhood. We spent the day checking out all the local and unique small businesses there which made our stay feel more special. Lastly, I have to mention how wonderful the staff was. They were very easy to communicate with, and when I talked to someone about how much we loved the lemon and blueberry scones she offered the recipe and gave me a printed sheet of it!! The cleaning staff was also super communicative and flexible to our schedule. Finding out the the money from our stay went into the restoration and care of the house was such a special addition. Our stay was incredible, and I'm still shocked at how affordable it was (even cheaper than nearby hotels!) with all the luxurious amenities it included. After our stay, we decided to make going to Buffalo and staying at the InnBuffalo a yearly tradition because we want to see all the other rooms there too! We can't thank everyone enough for making our stay so special and we can't wait to stay there again!!

Wow! What a place. Amazing location, the house is stunning in most every way. Joe and all the staff were super accommodating! Room and facilities were super clean and functional. Hanging out playing pool and chess in the space where Tesla & Edison hung out was magic. Great restaurants and shops right around the corner. Art Museum is a must! Will be back! Cheers! CC & CC

This is a one of a kind Inn of incredible beauty and comfort. Each room is unique and lovely, each with a perfect bathroom. The breakfast room is sunny with perfect healthy light choices. The home made granola is wonderful! We stayed on the third floor and the journey up was a delight past stained glass windows, interesting art, gracious architectural details and creaky floorboards. The location is perfectly situated in a lovely walkable neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Absolutely perfect!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Home Away From Home I recently stayed at The Inn at Buffalo Elmwood for two weeks while making a bold out‑of‑state move to Buffalo on my own, and I can honestly say this inn was exactly what I needed during such a big transition. From the moment I arrived, the owner, manager, and every member of their team made me feel not just welcome, but looked after. Their warmth, genuine interest in getting to know me, and the way they greeted me “home” at the end of each day made all the difference. The inn itself is incredible — a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The rooms and common areas are pristine, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully maintained. My room had an outstanding bathroom with an amazing shower, heated floors, luxury towels, and a generous selection of Aveda bath products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), plus thoughtful complimentary touches like toothpaste, toothbrushes, Q‑tips, and fresh water carafes always available. Lots of in-room windows bring in appreciated natural light complimenting the warm decor and ample in-room lamps and bedside lighting. The comfort level was truly exceptional. I also appreciated the convenience of the guest kitchenette area, perfect for reheating meals, and the in‑room fridge, which made settling in for two weeks incredibly easy. The food offerings were another standout. There were always fresh, homemade scones and bespoke granola, along with bagels, hard‑boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea, fruit, snacks, and sodas — such a comforting luxury and a reflection of the care and pride they put into every detail. The location in Elmwood Village was another huge bonus. It’s an easy walk to a great grocery store, a wine shop, coffee shops, charming boutiques, and a wide variety of restaurants. Ubers were also plentiful, which made getting around incredibly simple. Although my length of stay was a bit unusual, I could clearly see that the guests who came and went during my time there were treated with the same warmth, care, and attention. It’s obvious that this level of hospitality is simply how they operate. Beyond the physical space, what truly set my experience apart was the care and hospitality from the staff. They offered tips on where to go and what to eat, shared stories and history that made me immediately fall in love with Buffalo, and helped reinforce that I had made a no‑regret move. Their pride in the city is infectious. I also appreciated the parking availability and how diligently they kept the driveway and walkways clear and safe every single day — a huge comfort, especially being new to Buffalo winters. In every way, this was a safe, comfortable, supportive, and genuinely heartwarming place to stay during an important chapter of my life. I can’t recommend The Inn at Buffalo Elmwood highly enough.

My daughter and fiancé chose InnBuffalo as the venue for their wedding and it was absolutely the right choice. Family and guest stayed at the Inn for the weekend and I can’t overstate the benefits of everyone being in one location. It made for a beautiful wedding day and a great weekend for family and friends to relax and socialize against the backdrop of a historically beautiful Inn.|I stayed in the Art Nouveau East room. It was charming, comfortable and very clean. The easy walk to shops and restaurants on Elmwood was an added bonus.|The owner has done an incredible restoration on the Inn. It was impossible to walk through any room on the main floor without stopping to admire an antique or millwork. But my favorite rooms were the library, front porch and backyard. You just had to sit down and stay awhile. And the staff - they were awesome.|InnBuffalo was the right choice. Beautiful wedding and an unforgettable weekend.

This was, without doubt, the best place I have ever stayed, which is quite the compliment for someone who travels for work as much as I do. The owner and staff were kind, polite, genuine, and knowledgeable. I visted for two of my best friends' wedding. Everything was clean, prepped, and fully accommodating of our large group (20 guests, I believe). The food was great. Healthy options, as well as a few nice treats. The sound was perfect for the wedding (live musicians). Each room had its own character and design. The art displayed and the actively being restored building were like stepping through time with care. Plenty of room to enjoy mingling in the common areas. Close to local food, entertainment, and markets. No issues with street parking nearby. The shuttle assisted with those arriving by plane, which was very convenient. Music, bartender, food, and general staff were all offered services for the wedding. Thank you so very much for making this a memorable weekend for everyone involved. I will be recommending you to everyone I know and will definitely be visiting again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the inn. It has a very classic and homey vibe to the establishment. Very different from your typical hotels. The inn is located in ElmWood- the area is very walkable. Close by to many local shops and restaurants. The inn communal area is very pretty and is filled with histories. We were in awe how well maintained the inn was. The staffs were all very friendly. I really enjoyed talking to Polly. She was very accommodating. The stay comes with light breakfast included. The room is huge and is nicely furnished. Some improvement suggestions I would have is having more outlets or extension cords. The room actually faced the street and it was shockingly not too noisy, though I thought the inn was thoughtful when I saw they did provide a white noise machine. I highly recommend checking out this place if you're in Buffalo NY. Definitely worth the money.

We were passing through on a long road trip, and just managed to snag their last room for one night. This was an experience not to be missed. Just quite possibly the most elegant, luxurious and charming B&B I've enjoyed in the past 40 years. The Industrial Room located in the basement was like a cool dark quiet cave in the middle of summer and we slept so well on the soft pillow top bed with plenty of just right pillows and linens to die for. The walk in shower is super luxurious in marble & tile with your choice of wall mounted, hand held, or overhead waterfall shower heads. There are many choices for ambient and task lighting making it easy to share space with your partner despite different sleep habits. Common areas are in the process of loving restoration with incredible dedication to the preservation of period detail. Breakfast served is continental rather than a typical cooked breakfast. We were very satisfied with the selection which included tea, coffee, juice, fresh fruit, muffins, boiled eggs, yoghurt and the most delicious fresh baked blueberry scones. This B&B is located in an area of finer mansions and homes in the Elmwood Village neighborhood. There is a large public park nearby as well as numerous shops & restaurants. Street parking was easy so unless you are very picky about your car, there's no need to pay the $15 for on site parking.

I went to Inn Buffalo for a rehearsal dinner party for a wedding I was in over the summer. The owner and her husband went out of their way the day of the party to make things special, even blowing off some fire crackers to help celebrate the bride and groom. The food was really yummy and fancy. The setting of the party itself inside the Inn Buffalo was interesting because it was this old Victorian place that they purchased and have been restoring. With that said, some of the rooms were in 'rare form' and really need some more attention. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but I just can't. I know, because I was a part of the wedding party, that the staff didn't make planning this party the easiest. The hotel was booked way in advance and the hotel did not finalize things until the 11th hour, which brought a lot of stress when the price was much higher than initially anticipated for the bride and the mother of the groom. I imagine there are not many parties booking out the entire hotel the way the group I was a part of did, so it was a special circumstance, but it was a major point or stress and frustration in the days leading up tot he wedding, which is already a very stressful time.

We were blown away by this incredible inn! The amazing restoration taking place on this gorgeous mansion is just awesome, and the friendly owner/inn keeper Joe shared so many fun facts and interesting stories about the property with us. We stayed in the Fulton-Rose wing and couldn't have been any more comfortable. We had two rooms (one with a large outdoor balcony that we loved) and a private hallway bathroom just steps from the rooms. The beds were super comfy, rooms immaculate, and there were so many nice touches. Fresh water in carafes, Keurig coffee makers, cozy robes, etc. We really loved the morning breakfast offerings, which are ready to grab and go in adorable mason jars (Greek yogurt, fresh berries, oj). The homemade granola, fresh blueberry scones and great local coffee were all to die for. Overall the warmest, coziest stay and we can't wait to go back!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you're looking for a place to stay in Buffalo, look no farther. Beautiful neighborhood close to excellent restaurants and boutique shopping. If you are a fan of turn of the century architecture (or even if you're not) this place will take your breath away. All common rooms are decorated in authentic period style and the restoration (a work in progress) you can see was done with love and attention to detail. The rooms are all top notch. We stayed in the Art Nouveau East room and loved it. Beds were extremely comfortable, all rooms have a fridge and a keurig. The bathrooms have heated floors which were a real treat during a cold Buffalo winter. Light snacks and drinks were supplied at all times in the dining room (try the yummy blueberry scones if they're available!) I can't think of anything that I could have needed or wanted that wasn't already supplied for us. The hosts are incredible. Don't be afraid to ask about the history of the house or the restoration, they are great stewards of this amazing property and enthusiastic boosters of Buffalo. Hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy another stay and spend some time on their amazing porch!

This is the place to stay if you enjoy the finer things! This restored mansion is located in a charming historic area of Buffalo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants -yet nestled amongst beautiful, well manicured homes. I am so happy we visited while the home was decorated for Christmas. After we came home from dinner we relaxed in the sitting room. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing. Fresh juices, yogurts, berries, scones and homemade granola in the morning were just the beginning. Pancakes and bacon were also served in the dining room. I also appreciated the ample parking in the back. My car was packed with the contents of my daughter's college dorm- it was nice not to have to park out on the street.

Had an unexpectedly incredible experience at the Inn Buffalo. Ellen our attentive host made the experience very personable and shared quite a bit of Buffalo's interesting history. The rooms are all unique, spacious, very comfortable with excellent beds and breakfast was above and beyond. The billiards room downstairs will forever be a highlight of this quick trip through Buffalo. Off street parking and a great neighborhood to explore by car or on foot. My only regret is that our stay could not be longer. Will certainly return. Highly recommend.

There is absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else in Buffalo. This B and B is an exceptionally elegant, spacious house from the turn of the century. It had been meticulously restored and is extremely comfortable. The proprietor is friendly, generous with his time and attention, and the breakfast is fantastic. And yet, the Inn Buffalo is priced competitively with midrange hotels in the area. I travel for a living and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Even though I'm a local, staying at InnBuffalo was still a mini vacation. Upon arriving, Joe, one of the Inn's owners, was gracious enough to upgrade our room to a king suite! There was a whole separate room that was the biggest shower I've ever seen with multiple shower heads, amazing. If you go, you must spend some time in the basement billiards room, my husband and I had a cocktail, played some pool, while enjoying a selection of records. Breakfast was pure quality. Everything was homemade and anything that wasn't was from local places around town. (Five points Bakery for bread, Tipico for coffee, and the Lexington Coop for their ingredients) Their homemade scones were the best I ever had, granola was amazing, and their hot breakfast definitely hit the spot. Great owners doing it right. The only question is- how am I suppose to go home to a tile bathroom floor that isn't heated?!

Five stars aren't enough to describe the excellence of InnBuffalo off Elmwood. I wish I could live in the hotel. I spent a few days in a grand room which was extremely comfortable with singular, unique details. The bathroom was one of a kind, with a Victorian needle spray shower that was used in the White House by several presidents, a wonderful tub, and beautiful floor-to-ceiling original decorative tile. Every one of the many spectacular details in this architectural gem has been restored with impeccable taste and attention to detail. Breakfast and snacks are provided daily in the dining room and modern needs of internet and television are also taken care of. The neighborhood is ideal and within a short walk to stores and restaurants. Service by owners Joe and Ellen Lettieri is personal and attentive. I can't wait to return to Buffalo so I can stay at InnBuffalo again.

Just toured this Inn today during their "open to the public" event. The renovation is a work in-progress but what has been done so far is impressive. You can appreciate the vision and gumption of the new owners that are trying to restore this originally built 1898 Hewitt Mansion back to it's magnificence and save another Buffalo historic treasure from being forever lost. We certainly plan to reserve a night here in the near future as these new proprietors deserve to be supported in their quest. I look forward to update my review after our stay. From the moment we drove up to the Inn Buffalo we were taken away with its majestic beauty. It's located on an amazing street full of architectural delight. The owner/operator Joseph is a wealth of knowledge from the history of the property to knowing where to grab a bite to eat after midnight! Speaking of which, steps away is Elmwood Ave. full of great shops and restaurants. Of course we rented a car (not expensive at all) and took a very short drive to Niagara. We all know how amazing that is. We were amazed with how close and easy it was to get back and forth. Rooms at Inn Buffalo were great and comfortable. Everyone was nice and friendly. Location and decor were fantastic. We absolutely loved staying there.

I regularly travel to Buffalo for one or two nights and regularly stay at InnBuffalo. It gets better with each stay! The 9 rooms are all unique and comfortably appointed. Joe and Ellen are consummate hosts, not overly obtrusive but always there to cater to your needs. The breakfasts are wonderful although I have to say my busy morning schedules haven't allowed me to take Ellen up in her full breakfast offerings. Thanks Ellen though for insisting I take a few of your homemade blueberry muffins - I was bumped on my flight in LaGuardia and it was great knowing I had those muffins to tide me over during the wait. It is such an interesting home with wonderful hosts - you will love it!

Engaging Guest House serving the Niagara/Buffalo area. Tremendous restoration project of an Edwardian mansion with nicely appointed rooms, a wonderful breakfast - the Blueberry Scones are to die for - and best of all, knowledgeable, involved owner/operators. Convenient to major Buffalo attractions, including the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, the Olmstead-designed parks, and a fairly close shot for the Frank Lloyd Wright Martin House complex, now completely and gloriously restored. Super Bonus....Radiant heat floors in the Olmstead Guest room!

This place is the bomb! I've never had such an awesome lodging experience until I made my way here. This is renovated from a historic landmark (the name currently escapes me, but will update my review at some point) and is now being served out to the general public as an inn. Ellen and Joe are very warm and inviting. The amenities in the rooms are nice and on par with your standard hotel frills. It's located in an extremely beautiful area of Buffalo and it's easy to waltz out from here and enjoy the wonders in Elmwood Village. Every minute spent at this place felt genuine and warm. This is an awesome alternative to staying in a major hotel within Buffalo. I would recommend this because it is guaranteed to be charming - based on my excellent stay here.

Ok this was one of the best experiences of our trip. Great room, clean, excellent breakfast, accommodating staff, and a beautiful historical mansion. Sweet Jesus the Scones are worth the stay! Ellen and Joe are the bomb.

I needed a place near the Niagara River for a work stay two night and InnBuffalo fit my needs. Although I'd seen the photos online, being there overwhelmed me. It's a stunning historic mansion. Joe the innkeeper gave me a fascinating tour of the house: the needle shower, oriental carpets, tropical woods, inflow heating, etc. I agree with another reviewer "there is absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else in Buffalo"!! Indeed, I hope to return for a stay for relaxation and check out all of Elmwood Village! Superb stay!

The Inn Buffalo in Elmwood Village is amazing! It's just not an experience to be missed. It's not only close to Niagara Falls and downtown Buffalo (and a short drive to Letchworth if you like great hiking), but it's walking distance to charming Elmwood Village. This B and B is the best I've stayed at in North America, which is why I go back. It's just a gem. Everyone should stay at this place. The family who owns this have put so much love and hard work into your stay and it shows. I can't wait to go back!

Ive never been to a bed and breakfast but after this visit ill never stay anywhere else in buffalo. The owners are very personable and treat you like family. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything and anything you could want or need. The establishment is beautiful and historic. Every room has amazing decor and are extremely clean and comfortable. You could probably perform surgery with how clean it is. The breakfast was amazing they reffered to it as continental but it was beyond your average continental. A make your own parfait station with in house made granola was heaven. I would eat that granola on its own all day. Definitely get the spinach scramble it the perfect size to fill you without overfilling you. In the evening they put out wine and spritzer nothing like ending the day with a complimentary glass off wine. The building is in ongoing restoration so all reservations help keep the history alive. You can even see some of the current projects which was extremely interesting. If you want the feel of being at home this is the place to be you wont be disappointed. I honestly do not have one complaint

Had a terrific time here, the place is gorgeous. Joe & staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding Niagara-Buffalo area. Just sitting out on a summer day on the beautiful porch is practically worth the price alone.

My husband and I just left The Inn Buffalo, absolutely beautiful house, amazing hosts, and very clean. Walk Elmwood Village, short drive to Allentown and 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Great breakfast, elegant yet cozy environment, our host Joe made us feel like we've known him all of our life. Great experience for a short weekend getaway, great place to stay for anyone's visit to the beautiful and historic City of Buffalo.

Exceptionally good service for my international business guest who thanked me for booking him there. He said he felt he was being looked after with enormous respect and care and he also raved about the beauty of his room.

We were in town for our 50th High School reunion on 8/25. Spent three nights at the Inn. We can't say enough about the owners, Joseph and Ellen, and the Inn itself. The rooms are charming. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms all brand new and spotless. Breakfasts prepared by Ellen and staff were outstanding! Joseph is charming and a has a wealth of "Buffalo" knowledge! Location near Elmwood is ideal! Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops to choose from. Parking was plentiful....either on-site or street parking. Front porch is heavenly.... We would only stay here when we visit family/friends in Buffalo from now on!

Inn Buffalo B & B mansion is MUST TRY place in Buffalo. We toured it on a bike tour a few years ago and have been waiting to stay here. All the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the original detail and restoration they are doing is incredible. Joe and Ellen prepared a divine breakfast with homemade scones, fresh fruit/yogurt parfait bar, fresh eggs with spinach/cheese REAL sausage, toast with homemade jam, and buttermilk pancakes with real maple syrup. The attention to detail was very special. Everything about this place is magical. I can't say enough good things about it! We had a fabulous night/morning! Please just go see for yourself and thank me later! ;)

Really a wonderful experience. The house is gorgeous, the room was beautiful, the hosts and staff are super helpful and nice, the breakfast was homey and delicious. I've never been to Buffalo, and I'm glad we found this place, as I was really impressed with Elmwood Village. A great experience all around.

We just loved this inn; great location; beautiful renovation, swank rooms with fabulous bathrooms, tVs, AC; and wonderful breakfasts, wine and pretzels in the afternoon, newspapers on the front porch with a view of the street. Such accommodating, lovely, hosts and owners. We would never stay elsewhere. This is the be-all-and-end-all and a great inspiration for all B and B owners.

This was our first visit to Buffalo, and InnBuffalo was a very enjoyable part of our time there. Our room [the Millard Fillmore Suite] was very spacious & comfortable - it is one of 9 guest rooms in this beautifully restored home in the historic Elmwood district. Our stay felt like we had journeyed back over a hundred years, BUT without giving up modern conveniences, i.e., air conditioning, super-fast Wi-Fi, and off-street parking. The hosts, Joe & Ellen Lettieri, made us feel like pampered guests in their gracious home, beginning with a friendly reception, helpful suggestions about things to do and places to eat, and pleasant conversation. A stay at InnBuffalo includes a very tasty breakfast [FREE!] In addition to home-made scones, build-you-own granola parfaits [with fresh fruit, yoghurt & home-made granola, they gladly serve you eggs [any style, made to order], toast, bacon, pancakes, etc. Of course, there's juice, coffee, tea & water. The inn is located within easy walking distance of many restaurants [from fine dining to casual] and many interesting shops. It is an easy drive to downtown, the Darwin Martin House, several art museums, and a number of other attractions. Our only regret is that we did not spend more time in Buffalo, because there is so much to see and do. Highly recommended

I had the pleasure of staying at Inn Buffalo for a recent stayacation. I've stayed at the Mansion (similar bontique hotel concept) before but Inn Buffalo was better for me. Better location in heart of Elmwood Village, better breakfast, & just overall more welcoming with personalized attention. Plus heated bathroom floors. Stuff I didn't know I needed in life. Left feeling pampered & refreshed. I would definitely recommend!

Splendidly unique, historically interesting, and lovingly appointed! What a wonderful place to stay! My partner and I visited for a night on our way back to Albany from a visit to Toronto and we were so pleased and impressed by the beauty of the house and the room (the Millard Fillmore suite), as well as with the furnishings and the hospitality of the owners. Ellen and Joe went out of their way to ensure we were completely comfortable and had everything we needed. With the help of their daughter they provided a very comprehensive orientation to the local area and places to eat to accommodate our particular tastes. The room itself was exactly what I was hoping for - bright with big beautiful windows and wispy curtains, a luxurious bed, antique furniture, in-room coffee, a marvelous bathroom, and not to mention a very healthy and tasty breakfast in the morning. We were also given a tour complete with a detailed review of the house's very interesting history, and Joe shared much of his experience of renovating the place. Staying at an Inn which is still in the midst of its renovation process might seem unusual, but this actually added to our experience, giving a unique "insider's view" of the exciting process of revealing the home's original beauty. Joe's enthusiasm for this painstaking but rewarding work was palpable, and the whole experience was interesting in a way that no other stay at an Inn has been. Highly recommend this splendid Inn for everything it has to offer!

Had a great weekend in Buffalo and this small, shabby chic inn was the perfect place to stay. It's an amazing historic house and the owner's have done a great job of restoring it in a measured way, leaving in place interesting little features, including some of the old frayed wallpaper and furnishings. The house is an experience in itself!

I am appalled by the way this establishment treated my 73 year old mother who was hosting numerous out of town guests for an important event. When she arrived, they forced her to inspect the third floor room before providing her with the key, indicating the insurance required such practice. My mother suffers from a degenerative joint disorder with excruciating back pain. Rather than accommodate her, they forced her up three flights of stairs on her hands and knees and down the stairs on her bottom. APPALLING!!! Will they treat every senior citizen this way? Is their money not good enough?? Furthermore, they forced her to pick up the key by appointment. As my mother was running back and forth to the airport, this was impracticable. Their failure to use 21st century technology to make room access convenient for guests is bad business and likewise appalling. When my mother called the next day to offer her feedback, they HUNG UP ON HER!!! I highly recommend staying away from this establishment until the proprietors learn something about hospitality and get their act together.
