Tasty, good flavour/strength of tea. Not very convenient without a lid. Tried the Chahlo Black Milk Tea Frappe, warm. It included a heaping whip cream and pecans on top. Flavour was really good, strong tea flavour. The staff were courteous, and confirmed I am OK with pecans before adding it. Would have preferred less cream and a lid for more convenient travel. Loved the crunchy pecan bits on top.

I'm not usually a fan of places like this, but my girlfriends absolutely love them. We came here on a recommendation from one of our friends, and I ended up ordering a jasmine green tea just to join in. The quality and taste were amazing! Definitely recommend it.

Tried this place twice, the first time was underwhelming, the tea smelled fragrant but didn't taste much like tea made with real tea leaves and a bit synthetic. But I thought I will give it a second chance given the high rating maybe on a different day and a different order I will be able to appreciate it. At the end it's really the second visit that made me decide there will not be a third. The tapioca was shockingly soggy and overly soft and just didn't taste freshly made. It also makes the tea murky and the texture was unpleasant. I was really hungry and normally everything should taste better when people are hungry so I can't imagine how it would have been if I was full. I was in a rush or I would have gone back to the shop to ask for a refund. The worst $10 I spent all year.

The drinks were perfect. Real tea flavor. Was able to sign up for a membership for a discount right away and got a gift.

Great spot to just chill and drink. I was super happy with my order and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are about 7 different boba/bubble tea shops around this plaza so you have plenty to choose from if you’re in the mood!

Their lemon tea — whether with oolong or jasmine green — is honestly the best I’ve had in Canada, and definitely better than the other bubble tea shops nearby. The flavour is bright and refreshing. I also love their jasmine green milk tea, which is smooth, fragrant and really well balanced. (I personally like and recommend 100% sugar😂). Staff are friendly, drinks are consistent, and it’s become my go-to place.

We ordered a rock oolong and a single clump oolong milk tea. We found them really strong, especially the first one. Be careful if you are caffeine sensitive. The tapioca is good but too sweet. They gave us a nice bag for our drink.
