We used to order a lot from Veganerie. In 2020, at least twice a week. It was great and I was very happy with the food. Then, they started being inconsistent with orders, sending me half-sized salads, wrong orders, etc. We stopped ordering for a little while and started again a few months later. After 2 orders gone wrong (tofu satay salad with no satay sauce), I stopped ordering again. We started to order from Veganerie world a few weeks ago. Very convenient. I thought nothing could go wrong there, but well, I was wrong. We've just been sent 2 blocks of frozen cheese in our order. Who the hell wants frozen cheese? I was planning on using some tonight but that's not going to happen. They told my husband that's how it's supposed to be, but we've ordered the same cheese before, we've bought it from the vegan supermarket in Iconsiam many times and it's never been frozen. So, I'm done with ordering anything from Veganerie. Too inconsistent. You can never be sure you're going to get exactly what you ordered and they just won't admit being wrong. They've tried to fix issues before but it was hardly appropriate. I think they have staff training issues, communication issues, they lack consistency, and dealing with them is highly frustrating and way too time-consuming. The food in their restaurants is good, although portions are on the small side. But if I can't trust a place to deliver the right order, I just won't order from them. Many of the products on their website can be ordered directly from the original sellers. Which is what I'll do from now on.
