Fantastic!!! All sorts of things. If you like fleamarkets in the USA this one is great! Very little new items for sale. Open rain or shine. How wonderful.

Excellent, great mix of price points and wares. Everything from fabulous art nouveau light fixtures to piles of clothing at 5€ a piece. I absolutely plan on returning 👍

Great flea market! It’s big and well stocked with vendors. I would say the price is more expensive than other ones in Paris but definitely a more tasteful and curated selection of second hand, antique and vintage goods

Amazing variety of antiques, ornaments and jewellery. There was less clothing than we expected and much more furniture from what we saw. However, this market is definitely worth a visit there are so many stalls across a number of roads with many hidden gems to be found.

Definitely worth visiting if you’re a flea market enthusiast. Open every weekend.. Saturday morning early has best shopping opportunities. Friendly sellers. Lots to see!

Our daughter wanted to visit a Parisian flea market, so we stopped by earlier today. This flea market was a short uber ride from our hotel at the other end of the 14th arrondissement; we arrived around 11 am and stayed past 1. The market is not very big - vendors get set up along a couple of streets. It helps to speak a little bit of French, which then allows them to speak a little bit of English. Some vendors can be rude or aggressive, and can inflate prices when they realize you're not a local. But most of the ones we encountered were fair, helpful and kind. The girls bought some things, as did I. There is an excellent and inexpensive Viennoiserie at the peripherique end of the marché aux puces, opposite the Novotel. We had sandwiches and drinks and desserts there before taking an uber back to our hotel. Enjoy!

A good sized, enjoyable flea market - way less intimidating than Cligancourt and much better prices too. The "stuff" part of antiques, vintage etc is about 4 blocks long and at the end of that there are a few blocks of used clothing. The day I visited there was a lot of vintage books, cool costume jewelry and miscellaneous household items. What there wasn't a lot of is tourists, the crowd is mostly local. That's nice but if you are a tourist you must behave properly. That means saying "hello" and "goodbye" if you enter a stall, not touching/pawing merchandise without permission and having some basic french at your disposal. My mom did not follow these rules and she didn't buy anything because prices magically skyrocketed for her. Be polite, and you'll score some good deals and bring home a truly authentic souvenir.

I was in Paris and decided to make the trek to this flea market! I had the most wonderful time. I wasn't junking, but looking for items to furnish my new home with. It's very easy to bargain and you don't need to speak French. Take your smartphone and pull up google translate and have them write what they are asking and make your 'offer'. We arrived a bit late and some of the vendors were packing up around 12:00, so that was a bit disappointing, however, one vendor did come down a bit more on a painting I was interested in. Cash only, no cc. There is an ATM right around the corner, but expensive to get cash from.

Junking in Paris is not what it use to be since the EURO came into play. You have to look harder to find the bargains. Or speak enough French to negotiate. For the record, my 10 word of French didn't help much. This market is located a bit out of what most people think of as Paris. It's roughly a half hour on the metro. It's still Paris just more residential. The good news is it's all vintage or trash ... not tube socks and knock off hand bags. If you're a junker from the states we believe that the early bird gets the worm. This is Paris, if you get there when the sun comes up you'll be fine. Tourist tip- this is a residential neighborhood. Walk around a bit to find more dealers. Coffee spots are on the main streets.

A fun outdoor flea market, even if you dont buy anything lots of things to look at. Easy to get to also the Metro stop is Porte de Vanves. Every Saturday & Sunday at about 8 until 1.

Really cool flea market every weekend in Paris. Everything from antiques, clothing, jewelry, music and art. Lots of cool vintage stuff too! If you're into this type of stuff I'd say check it out

This market is becoming more touristy but it is still cheaper than St Ouen and you can find some cool stuff here. Vendors will bargain with you. Most of them speak some English but it's helpful if you speak a little French too. I am usually able to use my high school french and get some nice things like vintage bathing beauty statues from the 20s, a beaded dress for 10 euros, an embroidered hippie vest for 5 euros, etc etc. On your way in to the market there's a bakery that has decent macarons and as you're leaving the place with the couscous always serves up a decent lunch. Good times. Oh yeah-another reviewer mentioned to be sure to say bonjour to the vendors. The French are much more polite than we US Americans and "hello", "please" and "thank you" go a long way. Just sayin.

First time i went to shop here on a Monday. It was closed. This is only a weekend thing. Wish I would have known before going. When going while they were open. This place was great. There was a little bit of everything. If you had something in mind, you could probably find it here. Prices were really reasonable as well. I bought a book here and some pillow cases. Very cool. Must see

This reminded me of the Pasadena City College flea market. Small furniture Vintage kitchen items Knick knacks like owl salt and pepper shakers Everything is reasonably priced. They are willing to bargain, make sure you say "Bonjour" first! Don't be rude, or they will be rude back. I noticed another American getting the cold shoulder when she just rambled in English, expecting the merchant to know English. A Bonjour will go a long way, even if you don't know anymore French ( Merci, Sil vois plait, Au revoir will help you get by as well). Have fun treasure hunting in the City of Light. Oh, and get there early, around 8 am, to get the good finds.

In some important ways, this flea market is better than "the world's largest flea market" north of Paris. Primarily, the prices are much more reasonable and you can come away with some good items without reaching into your 401(k). Keep in mind that this flea market is for locals and not tourists, so asking the usual "Parlez-vous anglais, un petit peu?" will mostly likely get you a shake of the head, which really is as it should be. Can you imagine a French person coming to a market on the outskirts of your city and asking dealers if they speak French? My wife was in heaven--she looked through nearly every box for three hours, and she could have gone for another two quite easily. Wish we could go back every week!

One of the vendors has a big box of photographs and I had to fight against my American urges to just dive right in. Clearly I am a terrible person/American. I ended up buying just one small photo from him for a few euros, but it was fun to browse and pick what I thought was the most special. The photos were all paper-based (no cased photos), and included CDVs, cabinet cards, loose albumen prints, snapshots, and stereo cards. My husband bought a little metal knickknack from a really nice lady that he was happy with. He was excited to practice the couple of French phrases he memorized in his phrasebook for the occasion. We got there a bit late, so maybe we missed the best of it, but the photos were the real highlight to me, and the man selling them was very nice.

I read mixed reviews and almost did not stop by. What a mistake that would have been. Take the Metro nice and early on Saturday. Grab cafe and pastries or sandwich at bakery at top of Metro stairs. There were many vendors selling home wares (I wanted silverware which I found), jewelry, art, furniture and clothing. They were nice enough, willing to negotiate and speak a bit in English. I bought high quality vintage jewelry, silverware, records and vintage postcards but wanted much more. Please visit!

This is the best little flea market in Paris. I almost don't want to recommend it, so as to keep it a secret! Let's just say that - on a recent trip there, I saw the vintage editor of Vogue shopping the aisles. Beautiful things and good prices. Not cheap- but fair. The Metro stops not far from the flea market. Walk on over.

Without a doubt, the best market in Paris! Arrive early, as the not so good stuff arrives after 1pm. Before, you can find tons of great vendors with lots of vintage clothes, antiques and linens and posters. The prices are phenomenal and are negotiable. Be courteous, make sure you know the basic french if you are a tourist (greetings, prices, how to barter). Always ask before you touch. I will be back the next time I am in Paris!

Totally cool items for the smart shopper. You can get furniture which you can reupholster, old books, tablecloths , antique toys or a semblance of them as well as trinket jewelry. It's just fun searching for your personal treasures. Got a few items and had a wonderful walk in fantastic weather. Tres sympa!

What a total waste of time on my last day in Paris. Nothing but junk. I have been to many great Fleas in US...skip this.
