Stappo-Enoteca con cucina

If you love natural wines, this is certainly your place. The food is quite good as well but not necessarily my go to place in Venice. Wines are certainly a hit though and owners / staff always knowledgeable and ready to help out.

We really enjoyed our evening at Stappo. Everything we had was very delicious. I especially loved the pork belly. Also the wine they recommended was very good.

It is a nice place to eat, we went there for dinner and were satisfied. Some of the dishes we ordered were exceptional, some just tasty but nothing special. The location is central and the atmosphere is nice. We thought it was a bit pricy for the quality it offered (like most places in Venice). But among the many tourist traps, this place offers some quality.

Really really good dinner. Attentive staff with great service. Great knowledge in recommendations of wine to our tasting. We sat at the yard outside that had a cozy atmosphere at evening. For appetizer we had the grilled octopus and beef tartar. Very good seasoned and texture. For main we took the tomato based tagliatelle and seafood and the Red tuna. We shared a recommended bottle of white wine and the dinner experience was amazing. I got goosebumps from taking the bites of the nicely cooked tuna. The prices isent much higher than at other restaurants , most restaurants we seen has a main course for 25€ but the quality and service was top notch.

the food is incredibly delicious. It's not at a normal level, you really enjoy eating. The atmosphere is very sweet, the staff is very sweet and the music is very good.

Came on a recommendation, everything was delicious. Instead of dessert, we once again ordered duck breast and shared it. Grissini and bread are also delicious. They serve natural wines, which were delicious. Friendly employees. It was a warm last October day and we enjoyed peace and good tastes in their yard.

Nice outdoor setting with good food. Sardine on polenta with balsamic reduction was great appetizer. Local greens and herbs was such delicious herbaceous side. Scampi pasta had great al dente pasta and delicious seafood sauce. Citron tart was the perfect ending to a enjoyable lunch

We had a delicious meal at Stappo and fell in love with a new wine there, too (a rosy Pinot Grigio from the Dolomites called Cavallo Pazzo). There weren’t many people there the night we ate there which was a shame—it was one of our best dinners in Venice (much better than some of the other crowded restaurants we ate at). People, get to Stappo! It’s delightful!
