Gustafs På Österlen

We’re visiting Sweden from Denmark and got this restaurant recommended by our Airbnb host. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a heartwarming welcome and a cozy atmosphere. We saw the delicious food on other guests’ plates and couldn’t wait to order ours 🤩 We tried a variety of pizzas and other dishes from the menu and they had a lot of vegetarian options, and everything tasted just as amazing as it looked. While we were there, we found out that the restaurant has its own house band and even hosts live shows, so maybe we’ll have to come back one day to get the full experience! A big thanks to everyone working there and serving us. This is definitely at the top of my list of favorite pizzas I’ve ever had, and we’ll be sure to pass along the recommendation to anyone looking for the same amazing experience 🙏🏻

Fantastic. Beautiful pizzas. The guys making the food, Gustaf himself included are bloody lovely. Genuine and helpful. Kinda guys who look like the really enjoy their work and it shows with the quality of the pizza and service. Cheers guys. So good we had to come back twice. On our second time Gustaf made a special pink pizza which was so thoughtful and amazing, him and his team really made my trip. Thanks again guys.

The restarant is indeed very quaint and the staff very good. However, our pizzas were soggy which made it disappointing considering what we read in the reviews... I wanted to give it another try, but my partner and brother in law refuse, as they were so disappointed. I'll try to convince them and hopefully can give a better review.

I WOULD HAPPILY DRIVE AN HOUR TO EAT THEIR AMAZING PIZZAS! This place has exquisite Napolitan pizzas. Lovely vibe and atmosphere Friendly and casual staff and servers.

UPDATED REVIEW: New location in Gladsax and this place is even better than before! Superb pizzas, good beer, friendly staff, nice calm jazz music and fantastic food. If you can enjoy this place in a sunny evening it is just paradise! Cheers guys!! Absolutely fantastic pizza and wonderful, happy and friendly staff! We had spent the day in Stenshuvud national park and the beach so I quickly googled the area for something quick to eat on the way home. Gustafs på Österlen came up first with an average rating of 4.8 and my family all loving good pizza, we had to give it a try. Easy to book a table online and we was greeted warmly by all the staff including the cool dude actually cooking the pizzas in the middle of restaurant. We sat outside and ordered within a few minutes and enjoyed the fantastically warm weather and chatted to the lovely staff who worked there. The pizzas were ready within 15 minutes despite it being quite busy. And wow, the pizzas were superb! Perfectly soft yet crispy dough, rich tomato sauce and luxuriously creamy mozzarella. The look and feel of the place is very cool, the pizzas were exceptional and staff were great. We will 100% be going back many times when we in that part of Skåne again. Highly recommended. Cheers!

Perfect pizza in a beautiful place. According to my girlfriend it was the best pizza she’s ever eaten (ate Midsommaren)

Great pizza, friendly service. Better book ahead , evenings are busy and full. Summer evenings can be windy here better carry a warm pullover if you prefer sitting outside.
