I had a disappointing experience with Talencor Staffing, specifically with Ryan. The ryan was unprofessional during the background check, asking my references lengthy questions and demanding they be available at their convenience. Ryan ultimately rejected me because my reference couldn't answer their extensive questions. Additionally, he delivered the rejection in a rude manner. This experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. I do not recommend talencor staffing due to their lack of professionalism and respect.

It was really a worst experience ever. The lady who was sitting at front having spectacles and curly hairs is very manerless, I was knocking the door and she saw me standing outside and waiting for her to open the door but she didnt open the door. She should be fired from work. Only these type of girls are the reason that companies get bad reviews
