It’s been way too long since I’ve had French toast made with brioche—and wow, this one delivered. First pan-fried, then baked, so the inside came out perfectly set and bouncy, while the outside had that golden, caramelized crust from the Maillard magic.
The combo of crispy edges and warm custardy center with maple syrup was just (chef kiss*). And the little pinch of sea salt on the side? Game changer—it made the sweetness pop in the best way.
This tiny café might look simple, but it’s packed with thoughtful touches. Next time I’m back in Seoul, I’m definitely bringing friends here!
The only thing that y'all should keep in mind that since it's a small cafe, so the ventilation is slightly slightly bad and the ac is a bit weak unless you're sitting by the counter ~
