Wukong Temple

after travelling a while in italy, we needed a break from so much pizza and pasta. Wukong Temple was just down the road from where we stayed- and i’ll just say it was such a relief to eat asian food again. 😂 Service: big shoutout to Junior, such a chill guy. apart from the relief, the food itself was very good (coming from an asian) so good we came back later on in the week for more! the dessert buns are not the best. you either love the mozzarella dumplings or hate it. (trust me, any way it’ll surprise you 😂 )Although being small, the shop can fit a good amount of people. it has a artsy kung-fu vibe. would recommend.

It’s ok but overpriced, bad cooking smell inside, and looks like a lot of fake reviews, doesn’t deserve 4.8*. Reducing the rating as a result.

As an Asian , I found these dumplings very authentic ! juicy inside! high quality ! I had the menu that comes along with sticky rice and bao with custard, they re still authentic! But I would say dumplings outweighed anything in the dish here !

Dumplings were so good! We got an order of iron monkey and wutang and it was perfect for 2 people. Super fresh and tasty and fun to mix it up after eating French food for a few days!

We ordered Operation Dragon for 4. It was perfect! All the dumplings were super tasty. Definitely a favorite place!

Firstly, I want to say that the lady and gentleman who own the store are very kind. They welcomed me in even though I arrived before the official opening time. I enjoyed the mini Wutang: they were juicy and perfectly crispy on the bottom. The Chinese Courtesan sweet bun wasn’t available when I went. Dragon Forever was fluffy and not too sweet. The Flying Guillotine (sticky rice wrapped in banana leaf) was quite dry, and the quantity of the sauce was too little for the meal.

The food was excellent. We got 100 dumplings between 6 friends and left so full we could barely walk. Food came quickly and although the service started out a bit rough in the beginning due to heat and stress, the server ended being super chill & pro. Great vibe and good drinks too.

Came here having seen the amazing reviews with high expectations and without a doubt they were exceeded, amazing service the waiter was super nice, it’s a beautiful atmosphere, and they had possibly the best dumplings I have ever eaten and even though I ordered takeout, after eating me and my friends returned immediately for seconds. 100 percent would recommend.
