I recently dined at Silk Road Indian Cuisine and it turned out to be a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food felt thoughtfully prepared and full of authentic flavors that really stood out.
The coconut beef roast was easily a highlight. The beef was tender and well cooked, coated in a rich coconut based masala that had depth without being overpowering.
The goat biryani was another standout. The rice was fragrant and flavorful, and the goat was cooked perfectly, falling off the bone and absorbing the spices well. It tasted balanced and traditional, not overly oily or heavy, which made it even more enjoyable.
For dessert, we tried both the rose panna cotta and the sizzling brownie. The rose panna cotta was delicate and refreshing, with a subtle floral note that was not too sweet. The sizzling brownie was indulgent and fun, served hot with a rich chocolate flavor that made for a perfect ending to the meal.
Overall, Silk Road Indian Cuisine delivers a great mix of authentic dishes and satisfying desserts. The quality of the food and the attention to flavor make it a place I would happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for a solid Indian dining experience in Coppell.
P.S - Service was great and the people working there are kind and courteous.
