Great food! We ordered the tomato bruschetta as a starter and it was excellent! I personally ordered the pork chop special and I must say I believe it was the best pork chop I have ever had! It was tender, moist, and flavorful! All of our meals were outstanding!

This place is amazing! Great food, great service, nice atmosphere and good place for any occasion. We are very happy to celebrate our 7th year anniversary here with special friends. We love this place. I highly recommend it.

We had a birthday party and the service and cuisine were of the highest order. Every detail of our evening was superb thanks to the thoughtful staff. Our compliments to the chef for creating each incredible dish they served us including Crab cakes, steak, sea bass, shrimp and tuna.

This is white tablecloth steakhouse in Westwood (Cincy). The hostess quickly sat us at our table, we did have a reservation. Our waitress, Elisa came & greeted us & got our drink order. Bar service was quick (2-3 minutes). Elisa took our order & answering any question we had. Then she brought us the house made warm rosemary bread with butter. It was absolutely delicious. We ordered the NY strip (medium) with asparagus & fingerling potatoes & the tomahawk pork chop with whipped potatoes & elote creamed corn. The NY strip was cooked perfect with an awesome seared flavor. The fingerling potatoes were very tasty & grilled. The asparagus was tender & cooked to perfection. The tomahawk pork chop was amazing. It was tender, juicy & full of flavor. It was seated on top of the whipped potatoes & drizzled with a cherry sauce. The elote creamed corn was unique & tasty. It had sweet cornbread crumbles in it which put a unique spin on the standard elote corn. We were too full for dessert, although I would have loved to try their carrot cake, considering they have a house pastry chef. The restaurant was busy but noise level was low with talking. It was elegant & a nice place for a date or special occasion. There was a baby grand piano but no musician to play it, they did have an automatic player on it. I’m assuming there must be live music of some days, there was a tip jar on top the piano

We celebrated our anniversary at Ivory House last week, eager to try some unique menu items. The appetizers were a mix—beet-soaked deviled eggs missed the mark with unexpected saltiness, but the French-style mussels and lamb lollipops were excellent. We rarely find mussels done this well in Cincinnati. For entrees, I ordered the NY steak with carrots and truffle mushroom risotto, a perfect 11/10. My husband’s pork chop was nearly as good, though the creamed corn was underwhelming; however, the scalloped potatoes were amazing. One drawback was being seated beside a family with young kids, which dampened the atmosphere a bit on our kid-free evening. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back!

Google
Went here because it has a reputation of great steaks. The atmosphere was superb. Live piano music. The service was by far the best thing here. The dinner rolls were quite addictive. We ordered the sea bass entre and the prime rib special. The sea bass was huge and tasty. The prime rib was also generous in size. Cooked as requested, but tasted more like a steak than prime rib. The desserts were ok...not the reason for coming All in all, glad we did it once. It was a bit of. Drive to get here so probably won't do it again given the distance and cost.

Google
Our server was great. He was quick, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The place had live music, a guy playing piano (some classic/jazz tunes). It was great. However the food was not too good especially for the price they charge. Steak is about $70-$100, too salty (too much seasoning). The crab cake was not great either. The only thing was good was the mashed potatoes (side dish). We won't be back here for sure!

Very lovely place with wonderful service and delicious food and coffee. A group of us ladies had brunch to celebrate birthday's. Very elegant and beautifully decorated.

Yelp
Wow what a great restaurant and steak house. Enjoyed the wine and Tomahawk Ribeye. Located in downtown Westwood almost across from the old Westwood City Hall, this was a surprise find This place reminds me of the Precinct in its earlier years when someone stuck a steakhouse in a unique building in an out of the way location. The Ivory house, like the early days of the Precinct serves great steaks, a good vibe, eclectic people with a killer wine list. I keep hearing Westwood is a on the move and the place to be. This restaurant helps explains why.

Yelp
If you see the name "Ivory House" and think of exotic war movies, this might be the restaurant for you. If you think of colonialism and dead elephants, do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. From the outside, the building looks like it used to be a funeral home. What might have been the casket drop-off was apparently closed off from the outside and later converted to a Covid-friendly outdoor dining area, making me wonder how the food gets to the diners outside. Whatever the answer, I wished that my group had chosen to eat out there because the inside of the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. Perhaps it is too early in the year for them to turn on the air conditioning? But the weather is how it is today - almost 80 degrees - and everyone was sweating. The inside feels dark to me. The decor is fine, though I don't understand why reviews even mention it. Our section had "beams" that clearly hid air ducts, and a recessed drop ceiling. The west side has nicer architecture in the average house. Our group was split: the meat-eaters loved their food; the fish eaters were grossed out. The fish and shrimp were themselves fine, but the grits were gross: sweet and weirdly smooth. I would *not* recommend the French onion soup.

Yelp
Looking for steakhouse that's above average in the area? No, it's not Carlo & Johnny, nor Eddie Merlot's. It's Ivory House. Of the three choices, Ivory House surpasses in just about every way, from decor to ambience to service to food, it outshines them all. Decor/ambiance: eclectic, fun, unstuffy. The pianist was fantastic! Service: amazing! Elise was truly wonderful and genuine. Did a great job, especially of noticing things i.e. in the kitchen brought out croutons on a salad when they weren't supposed to or an iced tea not getting filled; she was even able to tell which of the two drinks I had I preferred more! She seems like someone everyone would want to hang out with! Food: Ivory House delivered a near perfect meal from start to finish. Appetizers - shrimp cocktail, bruschetta, and hummus were all beautifully plated and had great detail, like a charred lemon with the shrimp. The cocktail sauce tasted housemaid, and there was a nice zing to the hummus. Would have been nice to have the option of getting vegetables with hummus instead of pita... It wasn't on the menu, but I have a feeling if we asked, they would've made it happen. Salad - Caesar salad was perfect, everything in it was the correct amount. I enjoyed the pickled onions! Mains & Sides - my husband's steak came with most beautifully ginormous pad of garlic herb butter on it. The one bite of it I had was melty heaven. His brussels sprouts had good flavor, though he was disappointed in the amount of asparagus he received. My duck confit was so well balanced, I would be happy to order it again and again. Though I would've liked a few more beets on the plate, the flavor of the parsnip purée with the berry gastique was chef's kiss. It was like elevated Thanksgiving comfort food. Dessert - The seasonal cheesecake, salted caramel, looked decadent and delightful, and also like it could be shared between 2 to 3 people. I ordered two of the gelato/sorbet flavors, the strawberry lemon I could've done without, it needed more lemon, but the lemon basil was a sleeper hit! Sounds weird, I know right? I think it would be perfectly refreshing at the end of a meal, particularly in the warmer months. Oh and they had GLUTEN FREEE BREAD FOR THE TABLE! I have never seen a restaurant actually have a gluten-free offering for this! All in all, Ivory House is a classy but low key restaurant that is worth the drive!

Yelp
Service was very good. Had the Tomahawk special plenty got two and delish. Blistered carrots so good. I wish they would turn the piano sound down a couple notches. It is too loud for conversation at the bar.

Yelp
Ivory House is my favorite west side secret. The food and ambiance here are top notch! They have daily specials, Wednesday is my favorite (salad, filet mignon, 2 sides and cinnamon roll for $50). The customer service is impeccable. My go to is the filet, Mac and cheese and Brussels! You can NEVER go wrong with that! The pork chop is a close second. Never leave this place without dessert! The warm cinnamon roll and ice cream is the perfect end cap, even if you have to take it to go!

Yelp
This place is gem on the west side of town. The decor is beautiful. There is a piano player the songs are wonderful. The service was impeccable and food amazing. I ordered the scallops with pasta. Seven scallops that were huge. The pasta cooked perfectly. Also ordered the lemon drop martini. Perfect sweetness My friend ordered the prime rib special which she loved. I will return to the ivory house in the near future

Yelp
We visited Ivory House for Sunday brunch. Another great dining experience. The menu was compact but had something for everyone. Great brunch type drinks. The pricing for all was reasonable as well.

Yelp
We were here on a Thursday night, parking is easy, and they have a parking lot. When we walked in, no people at the reception desk, so we waited a little bit. Finally got the girl to lead us to our reserved table. The inside decor is modern and nice, ambience is inviting. We got to learn that Thursday night is the prime rib night. So we decided to try it. Wow, the portion is huge, i never seen restaurant serve such big meat portion. It's is very tasty and well seasoned. The side dish is also very well cooked and tastes excellent. My only complaint is the steak knife, it's sooo dull and eventually i give up eating the steak. The dessert is really nice! Love the place but i hope they can upgrade their steak knives!

Yelp
What a fantastic place! My husband had seafood and I had beef. Both were prepared perfectly and tasted great. Tad pricey but well worth it. We loved the atmosphere particularly the piano player. We will go back again and again.

Yelp
We visited Ivory House for the first time Happy Hour. The food, service and the bartender were the best. The Happy Hour menu is a great deal. They even sent a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
We went as a double date with friends during restaurant week. The restaurant was busy on a Wednesday night. All of us ordered from the restaurant week menu. 4 caesar salads, 2 pork loin, 2 filets, 4 mashed potatoes, and a couple of different remaining sides. The salads were good. The croutons were cornbread so that was an interesting surprise. The pork loin was underwhelming and not very flavorful. We would not order it again. The filet was good as well, but nothing special. Some of my carrots were cooked and some were still very crunchy. My husband ordered the elote corn side and only took a couple bites. The mashed potatoes had a sweet taste to them. Desserts were good but very sweet as well. All around a very sweet menu. Service was good other than my husband having an entire sprite spilled on him. That made him uncomfortable for the whole dinner and less enjoyable for us all around. I was underwhelmed by how the manager handled the situation. Our server handled it quite well though and was quick about trying to make it better.

Yelp
Super yummy date night destination! R loves a good tomahawk and had two to choose from: steak or pork chop. He went with the pork. I can't pass up a good diver scallop, so I had the scallops and tagliatelle. It was perfect! Perfect scallops and perfect pasta. The service was excellent;

Yelp
Pricey but the food was excellent. The server was attentive but not bothersome. The place was clean, with live instrumental piano music. Great place to splurge on yourself or impress someone special.

Excellent food, impeccable service, great atmosphere. It is a little pricey but worth every penny! I highly recommend this place!

Yelp
3rd time here and tonight was a big disappointment. No wagyu for the Sunday special. Would have been nice if they told us that via our reservation reminder. We sat at our table and watched a guy in the kitchen eating with his fingers. Not very appetizing. Substituted NY Strip for wagyu which was not good at all. My husband's steak was 30% gristle and inedible. My steak was fine but nothing better than I could have cooked myself on the grill with a steak from Kroger. The manager didn't even offer to comp a dessert or part of our meal.

Yelp
Heard some good reviews on this place and decided to check them out. The interior of the restaurant's classy and nice. A good place for date night. First off, we were served with bread. The waitress mentioned that it's freshly baked by their in-house pastry chef. As someone who chooses her carbs, I'm not really a fan of bread but they said it's sea salt bread so I got to try it! I'm totally in love! It's soft and warm with a hint of salt! Super appetizing! It leaves you craving for more! Side note: they do charge you $4 extra for extra bread... so that really a bummer I got the filet mignon with lobster tail, and I actually love their lobster tail more. I can taste the hint of sweetness from the lobster. Dipping it in butter just makes it tastier and juicy! Love it! The filet, on the other hand, was disappointing. Feel tougher than the other filets I had. We even got a complementary cinnamon roll with ice cream to end the night!

Yelp
I went to brunch on a Sunday with girlfriends and we will be back! It was an upscale environment and service was great. $5 mimosas were wonderful as well. The favorite dishes on the table were the egg bennys: the crab cake benedict and the florentine benedict. The omelet was a big hit as well. It is a perfect classy brunch and it was easy to make reservations. We celebrated a birthday and they brought us a complementary cinnamon roll. It was topped with bananas foster ice cream. So good! I also recommend the French press coffee.

Yelp
Finally got to try brunch at Ivory House and it did not disappoint. It was my birthday and they brought out a complimentary cinnamon roll and it was so nice! Great ambiance perfect for a girls brunch

Sydney S.

Yelp
Very nice ambiance. Great good. Drinks, apps, steaks, desserts! All top notch. Loved they had parking. I sat next to the pianist and that was very enjoyable to have set the mood for a lovely evening!

Yelp
Service was impeccable. Prime rib was over cooked per order. Atmosphere was above par .We will be returning soon.

Yelp
The food was great, the service was great and the but price was good, But, it's not at the Ruby level for being an experience. When I'm paying top dollar for a meal, I want the experience to memorable. We'll go back, but for the food.

Yelp
My daughter picked this place to celebrate her birthday and none of us had ever been and we weren't disappointed! First off the ambiance is perfect. They had a piano playing in the background, it wasn't too loud or too quiet I felt it was perfect. The food was top quality!! We received fresh Rosemary bread after we ordered and it was so good. Never had it before but it was amazing!! Me and my son-in-law got the the 14 oz New York Strip, my daughter got the 6 oz Filet and my husband got the Wagyu special they had. It was only 6 oz, hence why I got a bigger steak because I knew he would want more steak and could have mine. We had never had Wagyu but it was as good as the hype for sure! Everyone's steak was cooked perfectly the way they requested. You get 2 sides with your dinner and you could upgrade to a premium side. A salad couldn't be a side unless a big upcharge which I was disappointed in. We did get the Gouda Mac and Cheese for a side for the table and it was great! All the sides were good I just felt the Asparagus could have been a little better. My husbands special was a 3 course so he got a dessert which was a cinnamon roll with bananas foster gelato for dessert and it was great! They also gave my daughter a flight of 3 different ice creams for her birthday. We were so full from dinner we couldn't eat all the dessert but it was good! The server was good and attentive. We were there over 2 hours for a dinner which surprised us when we were leaving there was quite a bit of time between bread, salad, entree and dessert so I guess things took time but we were enjoying each others company so it didn't bother us. Would definitely go back for a special occasion but a bit pricy to go for a weekly date night in my opinion.
google avatar

Christiana M.

Yelp
Definitely make reservations. Check the website, certain nights have dinner specials. Parking is in the back in a lot. Once you go inside it's so elegant. There was a a little ve piano player who can take tips so definitely bring some cash. The lighting, decor and tables were elegant but not "stuffy". A wonderful date place or if you want to enjoy the vibes sitting at the small bar area is also a vibe.

Yelp
This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Cincinnati. We booked a reservation in advance to Ivory House because we wanted to take our friend out to a nice brunch, signifying the end of her bachelorette weekend. Ivory House did not disappoint - from the food to the service to the atmosphere. We began with a round of bread pudding French toast, and let me tell you, it was divine. A lovely soft interior with a caramelized exterior - the gelato was rich but honestly, it was totally appropriate. It would have made a nice dessert, too! This was good for the table to share because I think it may be too rich for someone for a full meal. Don't get me wrong, it was excellent. Most of us opted for a Cassoulet for our main meal. I had the Southwest Cassoulet and it was excellent. All of the flavors - from the steak to the aioli, peppers and onions, potatoes and egg - created a true symphony of flavors on my tongue. And the steak was cooked to perfection. I wish I could eat it every day for breakfast! I also wish Ivory House was by me in NJ. I will definitely make it a point to come here whenever I am in the area. A fabulous gem of a steakhouse!

Yelp
It is time to celebrate my son's birthday. He suggested Ivory house. Looking at the menu, this place was too expensive. It was Cincinnati Restaurant week, my son noted there will be a discounted menu, so we tried it. The Cincinnati Restaurant Week menu was reasonable. The place was nice. They gave us our own room for 10 (we only had 5 people). It was nice for us 5. We had a salmon appetizer that was top shelf. I usually don't order appetizers, but my son wanted one on his birthday, so we all enjoyed. Everyone but me ordered the Caesar salad, and I missed out. The house salad was dry, but everyone thought the Caesar salad was the bomb. They added anchovies. My son was being healthy and had the salmon with his wife. My grandson had the filet minion, My wife and I had the pork chop. They were all excellent. The pork chop was so tender. When it came to dessert, my son got the carrot cake, while the rest of us got the chocolate mousse cake. This was disappointing. The Chocolate mousse cake was a small amount of chocolate mousse with dry cake on the side. I should have gotten the carrot cake.

Chanel S.

Yelp
The service was excellent!!! The food was out of this world, every item we ordered was delicious!!! The crab cakes are divine, I also loved the Tomahawk Pork Chop! The decor was beautiful and the pianist was enjoyable!!! I will be back to enjoy more!! I also love that it is in my neighborhood!!

Tim H.

Yelp
Excellent food with a varied menu. Great service. Good atmosphere. Just be aware if you order any of the daily specials they will not let you use any discounts ie. Sweet deals, Cincy savers, etc

Sue Ann F.

Yelp
Our first time experience here was amazing! Our waiter, Fernando was the best... as was the outstanding food and service! We enjoyed the seared scallops (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), and the bone-in Ribeye! Bar area with piano was such a great addition. The decor is so upscale! A true gem. We will be back!

Yelp
When I first heard that there was going to be fine dining establishment opening in the Westside of Cincinnati, I followed its' progress with great anticipation. After Ivory House did open, I anxiously awaited a special occasion that would warrant my patronizing this establishment. That occasion finally came about celebrating my Mother's Birthday. Because of already being aware of what the up and coming restaurant's exterior renovation looked like, I anxiously awaited to see what the interior looked like. Upon walking in Ivory House the first time to celebrate my Mother's Birthday, the first impression was not what was anticipated. The first thing noticed was the lack of ambiance: The restaurant was too brightly lit. Bar tables too close to the entry. Piano too load, and music selection should have been more conducive to dining; all that was played was jazz. Noise level too loud to allow for an ambient dining experience; even making it somewhat difficult to hold a conversation with the table party, and server. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!!!! We started our pre-meal with beverage and appetizer service, consistently of wine, and a cocktail; both the wine and cocktail were delicious, as ordered. The ordered appetizers were crab cakes, tomato bruschetta, and pimento bruschetta. The crab cakes were good, the pimento bruschetta was very tasty but the tomato bruschetta was lacking in taste. Entrees that we order were: Shrimp and Grits. Waygu Burger.

Chaun J.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Fresh seafood and was nice sized. Big shrimp, big scallops. Seasoned well! Service was great, attentive and polite. They even stayed open later to accommodate our party who was oblivious to them closing at 10. Ambiance was upscale, live piano, dim lights, nice and clean inside.

Yelp
What a gem in the heart of the Westside! My husband and I went for brunch and we're not disappointed. The decor is very nice, swanky you might even say. The piano was a lovely touch especially having live music! The service was great, our server was very friendly, even with her other large groups she was taking care of. The manager and other servers were quick to jump in and help, and the water service was much appreciated. We started with mimosas which happened to be the $5 deal that week which made us very happy. I had the avocado toast which is, I believe the best I have ever had, and my husband had the French toast which was also fantastic albeit way too much to finish for us together. We would love to come back to try their dinner service. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I'm so glad I finally got to try this place. It was so good! The service was top notch and the food was even better! The live piano playing in the background made it very relaxing. The design of the dining room was cool as well.

Yelp
We haven't had such a fantastic experience in a restaurant in so long, I forgot what it feels like. We were promptly seated by the hostess, and she was friendly. Our waitress was great and was very polite and attentive. I'll never get tired of having a refill for my drink set down in front of me before I have to ask. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the decor. I was glad we were almost finished when they sat a couple at the table next to ours, because it is a little close and you're right in each other's conversation. I got the salmon bruschetta to start, and it was so good. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors blend beautifully. My girlfriend got the French onion soup, and that looked amazing. She said it tasted really good. We both ordered the filet mignon, and she wanted hers medium rare, and I wanted mine cooked medium. While both steaks were excellent, neither one was cooked as requested, and both were pretty rare. I'm going to let that slide, since everything else was so good. The smoked Gouda Mac and cheese is so damn good, I want the recipe. It's very creamy and delicious. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were excellent and I could eat a bowl of just that. We will definitely be back, and totally understand all the accolades now. Two thumbs up.

Yelp
I don't travel over to Westwood, I have no reason to. Probably why it's taken so long to try Ivory House. I was shocked at how charming the inside was and how good the food was. My steak meal at brunch (Werk Castle Feast) was very good. It was $30 but the value wasn't really there, I would be surprised if that was even 3 oz of steak. The steak was cooked perfect to medium as requested, fingerling potatoes were so yum. There was a sauce on the plate I'm guessing for the steak but the steak was so good, I didn't need it (the sauce was pretty good though). I saved the small salad for last but it was surprisingly tasty with some type of vinaigrette. Everyone at the table enjoyed the pancakes and bread pudding French toast. The Town Hall Omelette was delightfully delicious (I snuck a few bites). My only complaint was the price point for the Werk Castle steak meal but cost never stops me if the food and service are good. I think $20-$22 vs $30 makes more sense to me, not even sure what type of steak I was eating. I'm planning to return, lots of things I want to try on the brunch menu.

Yelp
If you're looking for a new favorite steakhouse, look no further than Ivory House! My fiancé and I were searching for a new restaurant to enjoy for my birthday this year. In passing, he mentioned seeing a billboard he drove past on I-71, praising Ivory House as the "Best New Restaurant in Cincy." We decided to give it a shot, and we're so thankful we did! We started with a great wine recommendation from our server (can't remember the name of the bottle but she was very knowledgeable of the offerings based on our taste preferences). For appetizers, we ordered the Crab Cakes, which were flaky and flavorful, and the Tomato Plate, which was refreshing and balanced. For entrees, I ordered the filet mignon, black & bleu. My steak was perfectly cooked to my request, and the taste rivaled any other big steakhouse in town. My fiancé also ordered a filet, with a side of bacon-wrapped scallops. These were tender and smoky ... a perfect addition! As a birthday dessert, we ordered the seasonal creme brûlée. In December, it's chai-flavored and a must-order. You won't regret checking out Ivory House ... perfect for a birthday, anniversary, date night, or Wednesday night! It was also reasonably priced for a steakhouse, but there are definitely opportunities to treat yourself.

Yelp
As good as if not better than the several downtown Steak houses. Worth the trip to Westwood

Yelp
We had a fantastic dinner at Ivory House for our first visit. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and helpful! Our food was delicious from the appetizers all the way through to dessert. You almost had to roll us out of there because we couldn't stop enjoying every last bite! It was a great way to enjoy birthday celebrations and a delicious dinner! We will be back!

Yelp
Wow. I have no idea why I have been waiting to go here for so long. Just got back from Sunday Brunch and everything was beyond great. The interior spaces are all fantastic, even leading up to the washrooms where you can take a peek down into the beautiful looking private / minimum buy room downstairs. Our table split: Bread Pudding French Toast Cinnamon Roll Gamble Sandwich Southwest Steak and Egg Cassoulet This is going to be dangerous, because there was so much more on the menu we wanted to try, but after having these, we can't imagine ordering anything else because of how tasty each item was. The steak on the cassoulet definitely will bring us back at night to try the dinner menu. Even the coffee!! Yum. But the greatest asset has got to be the staff. This review will sound like a plant from within, but I assure you I am just a normal restaurant goer. Our server Nikki is the favorite server I ever remember having from the first time. Perfect balance of attentiveness, knowledge, friendliness, and personality, and it almost seems rare to get service that great nowadays. It just stands out so well. But as our experience progressed, we noticed how friendly and team oriented the entire staff seem to be. Everyone seemed legitimately happy working there even when we left, you could tell the people at the bar and the front desk are genuine in their well wishes. It truly seems like a concerted effort has been made to have the perfect balance of choosing the right people on the team and giving them adequate training. We will definitely be back many times over.

Yelp
I had the shrimp and grits which were good. Husband couldn't make it so I brought take out for him and he raved about the steak and sides and mind you this was after a 30 minute drive home and reheating in the oven. My mom took half of hers him and had it for dinner the next night and said it was just as great. In an old bank building near Montana Ave and they've turned the interior in to a welcoming atmosphere with lounge music. Great gem in the west side of Cincinnati.

Yelp
This place is delicious! We went there for a date night. I had the special which I got the Caesar salad, steak, sides, and a cinnamon roll - yum!! Our waitress was the absolute sweetest woman. She was so kind and just a gem. I would definitely recommend!!

Yelp
I've been to The Ivory house for 3 times and each time they never disappoint. Most recently I tried to salmon, my favorite Cesar salad, and the braised carrots. I had a margarita with a gran marnier float! The ambiance is lovely. The staff are friendly. I would say try it!

Yelp
Went to Sunday Brunch with a friend. I arrived first, and did wait quite a few minutes before being greeted, and then another longer than expected wait to get my mimosa after ordering. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun, relaxed, with a little classy mixed in. I wish the bar was a bit quicker though... wait times for drinks was kind of annoying.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant, delicious food and attentive staff. I took my mom and aunt for their birthday lunch and we sat outside. They had fans going and it's covered so no issues with heat. The staff was really fantastic and chatty and offering suggestions. The food was really delicious and there were lots of items I would like to try in the future for other visits. I love seeing such a really great unique restaurant oj the west side. Definitely will be back! We had the burger and sliders (both soooo good), the ahi tuna tacos were also amazing and shared the Brussels which weren't really a favorite but still ok. There is parking also!

Yelp
Once again, Ivory House nails it to perfection. We celebrated my father-in-law's 88th birthday this past Tuesday night. The restaurant was HOPPING. It was packed and on a Tuesday night? That's downright impressive. It took a bit of time for our server to get to us and get things going, which is completely understandable given how busy it was. But in the end, it did not matter. Our drinks were terrific they have a very good house wine selection, but their wine menu by the glass also offers excellent variety. But what really stood out? The food. It was out of this world. My father-in-law simply stated it was the best fish he's ever had in his life and he looks forward to coming back soon.

Yelp
Great steak and amazing service. They have specials that can make a Ruby quality steak affordable. Hidden gem in Westwood.

Yelp
I just found out about this place recently, and definitely consider this a bit of a gem. I read some reviews beforehand that mentioned the area is a bit sketchy, and there is some truth to that. The alley walk from their parking lot to the front of the building is bit sketchy indeed, lol. Also, I wouldn't recommend their patio seating. It's detached from the building, has a completely different vibe, and their view? The main road and a Goodwill to the left. Definitely doesn't fit the vibe of the rest of the place. So, let's move to the positives - which are aplenty. Once we got inside, we were immediately greeted by both the host and the bartender, both dressed well for the occasion. Once you pass the bar, you walk by a beautiful white grand piano playing house tunes (at least on this night). Great decor, gold utensils, white table cloths, just great set up all the way around. The service was great. Our waiter Fernando was informative, attentive, and friendly, while not too overbearing. He explained some of the menu options, including their Tuesday Special. Listen, if you come to this place just to test it out, or come for only one reason, come for their Tuesday Special. 34 oz. Tomahawk Steak, sliced off the bone for you, seasoned very well. Two sides (we got asparagus and fingerling potatoes, both of which were delicious), salads, and a dessert for $99. Incredible deal. The steak alone is typically listed at $115 there. We also ordered mussels which were pretty good, and a couple glasses of wine, of which they had a great variety. I'm not a big sweets guy, but the included cinnamon roll with ice cream on top was very much enjoyed by my wife, as well. Check this place out for sure.

Yelp
Although the service was excellent-that was pretty much the only good thing I can say. I ordered a wedge salad, it was nothing like a wedge salad it was grilled romaine. Terrible description on the menu. The steak was so salty and tough it was hard to eat. For a restaurant that is as pricey as the famous steak restaurants around Cincinnati- there is no reason to return.

Yelp
Wow. We went for our anniversary. There was a Tomahawk Ribeye special for $90, it was well worth it. We think this a hidden gem that will not stay unknown for long. Great job.
