Good Earth

Just not helpful Assistant Manager. Buying for many years. My gift wrapped bowl was broken. Sadly, this shop initially refused to replace it and manager created much fuss. Attitude not expected from “Good” Earth.

OMG, if only I had the monies plus space in my backpack! This store has the most awesome stuff from home decor to clothing. I was so delighted to find a tissue silk blouse with Cutdana and Zardozi Work that matches exactly my in Lucknow bought Chikankari saree thus it was with the price tag for me. There is also a desto but sadly I forgot to go there with all the excitement I had over that blouse.

I’ve waited a long time to buy a third bedspread and ordered the correct size last week, which was only in Mumbai. Left my number and waited. Today I called probably ten times and no one answered. Finally went in person to check and sure enough, the bedspread was there, but in with the general stock for sale, and they had just never bothered to follow up with me or call. Such bad service. They honestly don’t care if you get what you have requested or not.

A small shop selling home goods which are good in quality designs and looks. And prices are also high according to the market and the products its selling. There's not much range in different goods' segments but whatever small section they have for each of them, it's elegant. The size of the shop is very small and it's difficult to walk around.

Good Earth, which traditionally offers beautiful collections, is increasingly losing touch with reality. The latest example: a papier-maché bowl, admittedly hand-painted for Rs 18,000 !!! This is utter nonsense and openly mocking customers. We know that rents are very expensive at Khan Market but please, don't make your customers pay for them...

The designs are indeed beautiful. As they described their recent collection “Orient X Occident” it really is. Although I deduct to stars for first the products and clothing happen to be extremely overpriced. I’m not buying a Czech glass, a VB china or a Fornasseti so why so expensive? We’re living in India after all and the average income for Indians even for designer products has to be taken into consideration if it’s an Indian made product. I had bought brass coasters which changed colour in Delhi’s humidity in less than a month. The chinas are beautiful and pleasant to look at but well, I only have the mugs what can I say. The pricing for clothing, cushions and quilts are just bizarre. A quilt for 30k? No thanks! No matter how beautiful.

What a beauty! If I could I would buy every single thing in this store! From the linens to the glasses, to the candles, to the stunning clothes! Love love love every single thing! Absolutely the best in Indian design!

One of the best good earth stores in Delhi . Very exclusive and classy . They do give good offers from time to time . Keep an eye on the offers . Crew and staff is very helpful . Must visit
