I really like my "Daily Battle" and was also very satisfied with the purchase and the advice in the store in Paris.
Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about the customer service when requesting a bag repair, and I'm a bit shocked.
One of my bag's handles needs to be replaced because my dog unfortunately chewed it. I'm covering the costs, including shipping to Paris and back to Germany.
My emails to customer service requesting a repair have so far received no response.
Even when I contacted the store via WhatsApp, I was simply told that it takes up to two weeks for customer service to respond and that they aren't sure whether a repair is even possible.
However, for a bag in this price range, I expect this, as well as a dedicated customer service team.
