45R Tokyo Midtown

I always find something so out of the ordinary at 45R that even when not shopping for clothes I end up indulging. Not to forget the staff are the nicest people across many of their stores. On my most recent visit I was looking around and was merely reminiscing about my last visit with the staff when I caught eye of an item peeking from a half-open cupboard and it is now the most beautiful thing I own in my closet. Though on the expensive side, it is backed with traditional Japanese handmade techniques across so many of their items. Their jeans are among the best you can get. Anything indigo from them is sure to make your wardrobe sing. And they make clothes that you would actually wear not just buy.

This is not a review but merely a heartfelt thank you to the 45R team at Tokyo Midtown, for providing me a memorable and wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is interested in quality clothing and impeccable Japanese hospitality.

As a foreigner I felt comfortable to shop here, staff were friendly and very helpful compare others outlet especially Ginza.

A clothing store where you can find something to wear. It is no different from other masses of clothing, though.

이브랜드를 7년전?파리매장에서 첨 보고 알게 되었어요 관심을 가지고 봤으나 일본에도 매장이 많지 않더군요 가재원단과 데님류 가공원단들이 훌륭합니다. visvim 에 비해선 가격도 착하구 좀 더 미니멀 합니다. 직원들도 엄청 친절~

45Rの洋服を買い続けて10年近いですがミッドタウン店の方々はとても丁寧ですばらしい接客でした。同じ対応を期待して行った横浜そごう店や南青山店はとてもよそよそしくてガッカリでした。今後はミッドタウン店のみで買いたいです。

おしゃれでお買い物を楽しくさせてくれるスタッフさんが揃っています。他のお店とは一線を画す貴重なお店だと思います❗

I spotted a gorgeous indigo coat in the window of this shop on our walk to the Mori Art Museum. We were quickly and warmly greeted by the sales associate and she suggested I try it on. The textiles, details and craftsmanship are stunning. The body of the coat is padded and gives it a dramatic sweep. I was given both the winter and spring catalog to take with me. Beautifully printed on a watercolor quality paper, I was surprised to see the female model is an elderly white woman, like someone who lives in Santa Monica and does yoga and doesn't color her hair or wear makeup, rocking a Georgia O'keeffe type style. I still think about that coat. Beautiful textiles and craftsmanship with aspirational prices.
