Stumbled upon Julo by chance, and I’m so glad I did. Such a special place, where three pastry chefs create with love and passion. The Aminata (caramel cacahuète and biscuit), the Maya (incredible chocolate), and their dark chocolates with dried raspberries or cacao pieces were all delicate, unique, and unforgettable. If I lived in Paris, I’d be here every week. Can’t wait to go back!
