Our daughter has Celiac disease and we loved this place! We went three of our four nights in Siem Reap. She enjoyed Gluten-free pasta, fillet steak, and lamb. No cross contamination! Owner completely understands the importance of gluten free prep and cooking so much that he does NOT offer GF pizza because of one wood oven.
For normal eaters, we enjoyed authenticity wood fired pizza, caprese and buffala salad, steak, veal, and fabulous tortellini and other pastas. They even have meatballs for our son.
As a family from Italy, We are very critical of restaurants being “true Italian”. Don’t worry! This one certainly is. Owner from Bergamo. Menu is excellent and seasonal featured menu is even better. Lastly, service is amazing. Their staff are so attentive that they read your mind before putting down your glass. Go!
